We had an excellent 7 night stay in the beautiful townhouse. It was well equipped, spotless and a great location! The resort was also gorgeous woth lots of things for the kids to do. The heated pool was the perfect size for my 9 and 13 year old to enjoy and we had a great family swim as well. The neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated the secure feeling. Communication was excellent with tje owners. We highly recommend!

Family Getaway

The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to spend the day or a few hours with your family. The house itself has a nice layout with lots of bathrooms but if you are a group of 10, which it sleeps, there is not enough seating to accommodate everyone in the TV area or at the dining table. This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some attention to detail.

Thanks for the outstanding feedback Dawn. I wish you would have mentioned these issues you had while there during your stay instead of during the brutal review. You failed to mention the extra things we did, such as providing you two cribs and two high chairs for your stay (at no charge), came there early before check in time and allowed you early check in (at no charge), plugged up a toilet as soon as you got there and got immediate assistance to fix it, (at no charge) and complained every few days about the pool temperature when it was 87 degrees, thinking it just wasn't warm enough (not realizing we could tell you the temp of the pool). The house is set up exactly like the pictures, yet you complain about the seating in the tv area and the kitchen. The table seats 6 and the bar island seats 4 which is located 3 steps away from the kitchen table. I am not sure you are able to please. We have several great reviews of this home and its cleanliness on other platforms, so we sure appreciate you giving us a 3 star review after your 10 night stay, making it sound like it was just awful.

We took a leap of faith with the insurance check, and invested in our first short term rental in Windsor Hills. Michelle has an eye for decor, and she has been sprinkling her pixie dust on as many homes as the bank will allow. We fell in love with hosting, and have expanded Chillax Inn to several of our own homes, along with hosting for investors that purchase the homes from us. Wanna buy a house? 🙂

We live in the country near a rural Nebraska town and we love to vacation. We look forward to our trips, even more when all 5 of our children can join us. They have been growing up fast, and we know how important it is to have a comfortable home away from home while you are on vacation.
