BSV3708: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals in Orlando, Florida. This professionally furnished 8 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom home is located in Windsor Island Resort, close to Disney, shopping, dining, and major attractions. The home accommodates up to 17 guests and features a private pool, plus a loft with movie area, pool table, foosball, and air hockey.

The heated pool was very nice as well as the hot tub. I would recommend getting the grill rental with this property to be able to enjoy it to its fullest. The neighbors are very close but we rented during the week and all the neighbors were very resoectable. All in all it was a great stay.

As with all the rentals in FL, it's in an HOA, so there are rules for parking, trash collection etc. They mean it when they say nobody is permitted in the gate without a pass. My niece was getting picked up and we had to take her to the gate, as they refused entry without a pass. (They do check the passes against the license plates.) The pool was great, and the communication was top notch from the rental company. Would stay here again.

One of Windsors Best

House and location was great. Home was a prefect! The community pool and facilities were a little crowded but to be excepted during spring break time. Also, there is not a real tennis court within community. Would stay again!

Our group of 8 guys came down for a golf trip, and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The size of the place really stood out right away. With 8 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. No one felt cramped at all, and having so much room made the trip that much more enjoyable.The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained, from the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings were high quality, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home felt professionally managed and organized.The upstairs loft area was a huge bonus for our group. The pool table, foosball, air hockey, and big TV gave us the perfect space to hang out at night after long days on the golf course. The private pool was also a highlight and a great place to relax and unwind.The location was extremely convenient, right off US 27 and close to everything we needed including Starbucks, Publix, and McDonald’s. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Spacious, incredibly clean, and ideal for a group trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Five star experience all the way.

Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and towels (once I located them in the downstairs closet near the master bedroom). Clean and modern amenities. Communication was prompt and thorough, other than small challenge getting check out instructions. For future stays, please send the check out instruction again near check out, rather than advising people to reference the original letter which I didn’t receive. Lots of teenage kids in the area. Was surprised that some were up to 11pm swimming and playing in their pools on a school night. Overall we were pleased and would stay again. Good value for the price. Parking on the street is tight, but ample parking space between the 1.5 car garage and driveway as long as you have no more than 3 vehicles. The hot tub only heated to 89 degrees which was a little disappointing. Don’t bother paying the hot tub heating fee if it’s cold out like it was for us. Too chilly to sit in a modestly hot jacuzzi when it’s 52 degrees at night. Otherwise thanks for a nice stay.

I’m sorry about the difficulty finding the towels and the checkout instructions. We’ll add a clear note in the villa and update the arrival packet to show the towel closet location, and we will send checkout instructions again nearer to departure so they’re easy to find. Sorry the hot tub only reached 89°F. Maintenance will inspect the heater and we’ll clarify the hot tub’s typical performance in colder weather in the listing so future guests know what to expect. We also appreciate the note about neighborhood noise — while we can’t control other homes, we’ll add a reminder about quiet hours in the house rules and listing information. Parking notes are correct: the garage plus driveway generally accommodates up to three vehicles. Glad you were pleased overall and would stay again. We hope to host you in the future. Best, BSV Team

Disney/Universal Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the rental house! We had a group of 13 and had more room than we knew what to do with. The kids loved the pool and the games upstairs! So grateful for the locked gate around the pool. We loved using the resort pool, but were disappointed we couldn't take even water bottles in (but that's not the rental house fault - just an FYI). The other homes close did have some late nights and were loud, but we asked them to quiet down and they did. The location to/from Disney/Universal wasn't terrible, we left during school drop off so Universal was the longest, at 45 because of traffic, but we were home in 30 that night! The description of the rooms was great. The cleanliness was great. The customer service was great, and they checked in multiple times to make sure we were good to go! We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and Great Value But Beware!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very clean and exactly as advertised by Blue Sky Villas. We had plenty of space for the nine of us. We originally planned on 14, but we had a last-minute cancellation. The space would have been fine even if everyone would have been able to come for Thanksgiving. It was an ideal place for our children and four grandchildren. The spa and pool were very clean, and we paid for pool heat that worked great. The villa seemed fairly new and the furnishings and TVs were great. There were some minor issues, and the Blu Sky team handled those extremely fast. Some other minor issues arose but we could live with them. However, we are very confident had we reported those minor items those would have also been handled very quickly. The resort was better than we expected and the GK's had fun swimming and playing putt-putt golf and basketball.Be aware that the villas are about ten feet apart and the back outdoor spaces are very close to each other. We could easily see into and "hear" about five separate lanais. Two of the lanais had very large groups and played extremely loud hip-hop music well past 10 PM. Even before 10 PM it was so loud we couldn't sit outside with the kids due to the disgusting language and loud noise. We called security and reported the clear noise violation, but it was not remedied, and they never called back to follow up. We called the Sherriff, but they recommended we not officially complain, probably because of retribution. I would not recommend this place for family or friends that are looking for a good value family vacation in the Orlando area. Even with all windows closed the noise was so much that none of the adults could sleepSadly, the three very disruptive nights ruined what could have been a great week.

Clean and Great Value But Beware!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very clean and exactly as advertised by Blue Sky Villas. We had plenty of space for the nine of us. We originally planned on 14, but we had a last-minute cancellation. The space would have been fine even if everyone would have been able to come for Thanksgiving. It was an ideal place for our children and four grandchildren. The spa and pool were very clean, and we paid for pool heat that worked great. The villa seemed fairly new and the furnishings and TVs were great. There were some minor issues, and the Blu Sky team handled those extremely fast. Some other minor issues arose but we could live with them. However, we are very confident had we reported those minor items those would have also been handled very quickly. The resort was better than we expected and the GK's had fun swimming and playing putt-putt golf and basketball.Be aware that the villas are about ten feet apart and the back outdoor spaces are very close to each other. We had a great week at Windsor Island Resort! The pool, lazy river, and splash pad were all very nice. Snack bar and adult bar were nice to have. House was as advertised, plenty of room. Always nice for everyone to have their own space to retreat to. Plenty of food and grocery options nearby. Used DoorDash frequently, no issues with deliveries. About 40 minutes from Universal Parks. Would definitely recommend!
