Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lakefront home on the west shore. Enjoy the large Grandview home in Homewood with buoy and pier access. Located close to Homewood Ski resort, trails for hiking/biking and the bike path to Tahoe City. Enjoy the use of the buoy and pier, as well as the beautifully manicured lawn and lakefront area of the home.

The main floor's living area is open and has an updated kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for family style meals.

The main floor features a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as views of the lake. The lower floor features a second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms and bathroom and access to lake and hot tub.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 9 adults.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furiture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

A comfortable, lovely home and yard.We love being on the water in this certainly delivered.We would definitely return!One bedroom on main level. Stairs to yard so anyone with mobility issues would find this a negative BUT a wonderful deck off the living area which could be enjoyed by everyone. Carol & Norm

Great communication with the hosts all the way through. The house is beautiful and the views are stunning! I was there with my brother, his wife and her sister. We all had a nice room to ourselves with king-size beds and our own bathroom. It was so comfortable! We really loved staying at this house! I will definitely be back! It would especially be wonderful in the summertime when we could utilize the outdoor areas and the lake itself. We were there when there was a winter storm coming through. Still, to be able to sit from any room in the house and look at the beautiful lake was wonderful!

Great spot!

What a great place! We had a wonderful time exploring the lake and all its surrounding towns. The accommodations were exactly as we expected, views were spectacular, and we even got a cameo appearance from the Beaver that lives down the shore. Thanks again!

Lovely Cabin with a Gorgeous View

Spent a girls weekend at this amazing cabin! Snow and rain kept inside most of the weekend but the view out the windows was stunning and the fire inside made it cozy. The hosts were so communicative, kind and helpful! We had an amazing experience and are looking forward to the next time we can come visit!

Beautiful lake front home

We stayed here with family friends for winter skiing. Location of the home was fabulous, easy to get everywhere and loved the lake front. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of skiing! Loved the layout of the hike with private bathrooms and king size beds for 3 of the bedrooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Great view.

Prefect for what we wanted. Time to simply stay in our PJs and relax with good food. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils & dishes. Spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the sun. A Safeways is only about 15 minutes away if you need anything. Pretty much prefect.. ps. Great water pressure for hot showers! Will return.

Wonderful location

This is the second year I have stayed for a week. It is a beautiful place, and everyone enjoys it! We love everything about the house, especially the dock, which, for a boating family, makes life so much easier for easy unloading and picking up. Thank you for the great memories!

Breath taking views

Very lovely home with amazing views of Lake Tahoe! The house was perfect for my family of 6 to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days of exploring. We hope to be back one day!

Great property and location. Stunning views and you can’t beat the hot tub overlooking the lake. We had an amazing time. My only feedback is to improve snow removal for the deck and hot tub area.

Very beautiful and relaxing house

It's a perfect place for relaxing. We didn't have to go outside to have a great view of the lake. We can even enjoy the sunrise from inside by the big window! We mostly just stayed inside and have a great time.

Excellent stay

As advertised. Exceptional location with unmatched views of the lake. We brought our boat up and the buoy was easy to locate and in perfect distance to dock/ house. The kayak to and from the house was super useful and appreciated. Loved my stay and the house was fully equipped!

Family Thanksgiving Weekend

Property was beautiful with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. The views from the main floor were breathtaking… many of us woke up early to watch the sunrise and enjoyed amazing wines while watching the sunset. We will definitely return during the summer months.

Exquisite property

My family and I stayed in this exquisite home for 3 nights in the winter. The views are exquisite out of every window or door, just incredible! Pier, deck, lawn, beach. Unobstructed views. What more do you want? Our family has stayed everywhere on the lake and this house stacks up w the best of them.
