There are three living room areas, two kitchens, and kitchenette (basement area) which are fully equipped if you'd like to cook in and get everyone together. There's plenty of room for the entire group to spread out and relax with privacy+ an outdoor patio area. Detailed layout as follows:
- 1st Floor: (ground floor): kitchen/living/dining ; Bedroom #1 - (1x queen bed ; ensuite bathroom #1); hall bath #2 ; bedroom #2 - (1x queen bed) ; back deck and shared patio.
- Basement: kitchennete/small living+dining ; shared patio access ; bedroom #3 - (1x queen bed) ; hall bath #3 ; bedroom #4 - (1x queen bed); common area queen day bed + single bed.
- 2nd Floor: Kitchen/2x living rooms/dining/ half bath deck area that leads to a shared patio.
- 3rd Floor: Bedroom #1 - (2x queens beds); ensuite bathroom #1 ; hall bath #2; bedroom #2 - (2x singles via trundle); w/d in hall ; bedroom #3 - (1x queen bed) ; bedroom #4 - (2x queens beds)

1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.
2) Guests are not permitted on the back patio or deck after 9pm. We’re extremely sorry to implement this, but noise echoes easily in the back of the house, and neighbors can be easily disturbed by outside noise. Fines of up to $500 can be assessed and will be passed onto guests if neighbors file complaints.
Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before VRBO's taxes and fees.
If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):
