Perfect house in Boca big enough for family of 5

House is clean and well maintained and has everything we needed. Nice private backyard feels secluded from any neighbors. Property owner was very responsive although there wasn’t much we needed. No complaints, would consider staying here again.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious

This rental is a very comfortable and spacious house with all the amenities you need for a few days or longer visit. Everything is spotlessly clean, including the yard and pool. There are some great restaurants in the area, and the location is convenient to the freeways. The next time we visit south Florida, we will try to book this house again.

A last minute booking due to a family emergency so limited availability. However the house was relatively near to where we needed to be and catered for our needs.The host Frank was excellent from the outset and answered any queries we had almost immediately. He also kindly agreed a later check out as our flight was not until the evening.Thank you!

Great getaway

The property was spacious, very well equipped and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The pool had toys and floats and the lounge chairs were new. It was a very enjoyable stay and Frank was extremely accommodating and friendly. We all had a great time.

Family Fun

We rented Sandalfoot Cove because of its proximity to other family in the area. The house was very clean and worked well for our family of 2 adults and 4 adult children. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom. There are plenty of TVs including a large one in the living room. Our adult kids really enjoyed playing basketball and floating in the pool. The backyard felt very private. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and clear. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great alternative to multiple hotel rooms

Were having a sizable family gathering in the area and needed additional sleeping capacity. Was a more comfortable, and lower cost option to grabbing multiple rooms at hotel in the area. It was mainly used as a place to sleep as well as spend some time together in the late evenings and mornings, before the days activities held elsewhere. Perfect size for my wife and I and our two adult children. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. House seemed recently renovated, which was nice. Nicely appointed inside... clean and comfortable with nice amenities including large smart TVs in every room. Sizable and comfortable screened in porch which we used every evening. Didn't used the pool but it seemed well maintained. Located in a modest neighborhood. One neighbor must have had 8 pickup trucks out front over the weekend, but noise was never an issue (at least at night when we were there). The attraction for us was the convenience to where we needed to be each day. And the comfort of the house... which it was. Frank was very responsive to text messages and attentive.

We completed another great season at our Boca Paradise with out door fun by the pool and a comfortable place to enjoy with guests and spends our nights. This place has everything you need along with a great location.
