Welcome to Seaflower Cove, a spacious waterfront retreat with incredible views of the Pacific from every room, seconds from town. Sip morning coffee in the sunroom, lounge on the roofdeck all afternoon, and finish the day with a whirlpool bath while watching the waves. This 4 bed/2.5 bath home provides everything your whole crew needs to relax on the Mendocino coast.

Seaflower Cove is centered around the open-concept main living area. Convene and relax in the giant living room, kitchen, and glass-enclosed dining area on the main level. Fire up the propane fireplace to stay cozy on cool evenings or step out onto one of the 4 balconies to scan the horizon for whale-spouts. A half bath and an enclosed office with a daybed are just off the kitchen, and Starlink WiFi provides your broadband link back to the world.

Spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Robinson Reef, and abundant sea life abound from nearly every spot. Climb a flight of stairs to access a large roof deck and soak up the coastal sun or stargaze on clear nights. Take a rest on the covered al-fresco dining patio off the kitchen, or lounge in bed while staring out at the breaking waves.
* Seconds to town yet a world away *
The house is moments from downtown Gualala, which provides access to two grocery stores, multiple restaurants, and a Saturday farmers market. Within a 5 minute drive access numerous beaches, including stunning pocket beaches and the wide sandbar at Gualala point. Kayak on the Gualala River from the launch point just south of town. Visit the Point Arena lighthouse, wineries, the Sea Ranch, and more within 30 minutes of the house.

The house has 4 full bedrooms and a private office with a daybed. Above the main living area and adjacent to the roof deck find a loft-like private bedroom with panoramic coastal views. The lower level includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the primary with en suite bath and whirlpool tub overlooking the Pacific. Both bedrooms feature private balconies with views. The laundry facilities are also located on the lower floor. Finally, give the kids their own space to play at ground level in the bunkroom, which provides plenty of space, ping pong, two queen beds and two fold-down twin beds.

We love families and have beach towels, kids dishes, a pack n' play, and toys and games for you to enjoy. The bunkroom on the lower floor includes a ping-pong table, games, and a TV, to keep everyone busy.
* The lights stay on even when the power goes off *
Gualala and the Sea Ranch are remote communities with frequent power outages from storms and other issues. Seaflower Cove includes a full-house solar and battery backup system to keep everything powered even when the neighbors go dark.
*Parking and Access *
The house is located in a quiet residential community next to the ocean with other vacation rentals nearby. The driveway is big enough for three cars to park. Street parking is not available, so plan to carpool if needed. A level 2 EV charger is available for guests.Cell phone service is very spotty and sometimes non-existent along highway 1 and at the house. Please plan ahead before you arrive with directions and information. Once you arrive, you can access the wifi to get in contact with the outside world.
