ロマンチックで壮大なオーシャンフロントのバケーションホームフェニックスネストは、海に浮かぶ2つの森の壮大なエーカーに囲まれています。

新しく改装された2500平方フィートの家は明るく風通しが良く、44フィートのリビングルームには海が見渡せる窓があります。 2つのマスターベッドルームスイートには、卓越した素晴らしい海の眺めもあります。 家は素晴らしいプライバシーを持っています。 潮汐が岩や砂浜を見せてくれるので、波が吹き荒れて音が聞こえて、オスプレーやガラガラが飛ぶのを見ることができます。 デッキまたはホットタブから豪華な夕焼けを見てください。

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Nest. The home is extremely comfy and well-appointed. Stunningly situated above the ocean with fantastic views, the home is private, and you feel as if you are one with the dramatic scenery. July 4 weekend —We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. From the moment we walked into the living room and looked out the wall of windows to view the ocean, we knew we were in for a treat. The beach house is very coastal, lovely and comfortable and probably the most well stocked rental we've vacationed. The home is very private as it is tucked away in a cove and we found it was protected from the wind quite well. We started our mornings with a dip in the hot tub and spent most of our time either sitting in the living room looking out the living room window, using the binoculars to spy on the sea lions or on the deck, reading, listening to music with cocktails and appetizers each night & playing games. It was just nice to not do anything obligatory for a few days and this beach house was set up for exactly that! Thank you so much, Pat. You were very pleasant to talk with and your interest in our satisfaction was very evident.We will be back!

Where to begin!! Romantic, mid-century vibe, and only dreamt about Pacific coast views. We had other plans for our coastal CA trip but couldn't leave this home! The views are stunning! The kitchen is stocked for a chef. We even cut rosemary out the kitchen door. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub divine while watching the sunset. If privacy matters, this home is perfect.

Better than the photos! Spectacular ocean views from every window. Comfortable, clean, upscale property situated ocean front surrounded by beautiful gardens. Wildlife abounds. The house is comfortably furnished and has comfortable beds with premium linens. The kitchen is a cooks dream stocked with premium cookware and many small appliances. Owner is generous and available. A rental dream!

Phoenix Nest is a pretty special place. Perfect getaway that sits on a bluff with incredible views and plenty of opportunities to relax, read, play music, enjoy nature, and just be (even in the rain). Well appointed kitchen is really great. Would love to return again. Pat is a very kind and generous host.

A magical spot on the Coast. The drive up on the PCH is always worth it. We spent 2 weeks staring at the sea in splendid isolation. Books, reading, and soaking. Can’t say enough about the view. Our host’s communication was just right. Need a break from the world (with WiFi if you HAVE to have it)? We’re planning our return as we sit at the airport.

Peaceful and beautiful nest

Pat's cottage was perfect for a quiet long weekend for me & my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The house is full of interesting art and books, and clearly well-loved. You don't need to leave the house to get amazing ocean views in all directions, but if you do want to get out and about there are many options for hiking in the area.

Beautiful home, well equipped, amazing views! Owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Everything you need is here! There are even passes to private beaches nearby. Being a couple of older ladies, we were not aware of all the stairs so this was a challenge for us but probably not for most. Highly recommended this place!

Amazing getaway

We loved this property, it was the perfect stay for this weekend. We stayed at the house cooking all meals and afternoons at either the patio or the beach close by. We can’t wait to come back!
