A BRAND NEW built, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage home located in the beautiful lake community of Lago Vista. All bedrooms are located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, luxurious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private balcony with a view that stretches for miles!!! Queen second bedroom with beautiful modern furniture. Queen over Queen loft beds provide enough space for adults. Second full bathroom is also on the second floor, half bath is located on the first floor. Laundry room with full size washer and dryers. Granite counters, solid wood slow close cabinets, backyard with wood privacy fence.

We are career women, ex-college volleyball players, workout buddies, avid travelers, wine enthusiasts, Tito’s aficionados, queso addicts, lovers of fluffy dogs, and well-behaved children.

We offer a brand new condo (everything in it is new as of 9.1.22).
You can spend the day relaxing in our modern and comfortable retreat, or let us help you plan a day of wine tasting in Fredericksburg, fishing or jet skiing on the lake, and if you want some city time, going downtown Austin for some live music and fun!
