Enjoy all the comforts of home in this charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Leicester vacation rental. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a homemade meal, then venture out to explore. Tour exciting attractions around Biltmore Village, head to breweries in Asheville, or sight-see along the Blue Ridge Parkway. At day's end, return to relax around the fire pit or stream a movie on one of the Smart TVs . Memory-filled moments await! FREE activities including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.

This beautiful home features a private hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and multiple living areas in 2,875 square feet on three levels. Relax indoors with the smart TVs, board games and books. The main level features an open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen, a living area and dining area. The master suite has a King bed and private bathroom with shower, tub and dual vanities.

Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed. Head downstairs where you will find another private roomy bedroom with a queen bed. In the downstairs den there is a queen sleeper sofa, TV and exercise equipment.

Lots of seating, an office nook and a kitchenette in the lower living area, and the hot tub in just outside the sliding glass door. Head outside and enjoy the hot tub, the fire pit (firewood provided) the covered porch, the screened-in porch, the outdoor seating areas and gas grill.

Explore the many opportunities that Asheville and the surrounding communities have to offer. Check out the River Arts District as well as the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville with all its shopping and restaurants, and the miles of hiking and mountain bike trails that are a short drive away. Pisgah National Forest is a favorite destination, and you will love the other national and state forests like Gorges National Park and DuPont State Forest that are an easy day trip from our location.

Simply Wonderful

The property was exactly as described and the available amenities made our stay that more exceptional. Conveniently located so that you could enjoy the area attractions but still be able to relax at the end of the day. The check in process was easy and the communication with the host was superb.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time!!! The home is beautiful, the hot tub is a big treat, and Asheville is a quick drive away. The location is lovely and private. The beds were very comfortable. We made use of the free Biltmore ticket, which saved us a lot of money. We had a great time and hope to return!

Great place!!

My family was traveling from Louisiana to Virginia and stopped off in North Carolina for white water rafting. We chose this property for its proximity to Asheville and the many whitewater rafting locations. The house was perfect for eight guests and was extremely private and peaceful. The interior seemed to be newly remodeled and was very clean. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We booked this property for a Thanksgiving getaway for 3 families. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. Fresh towels on the beds and everything spic n span. The way this home is laid out was perfect for us, as each family got their own floor. The kitchen was very well equipped so we didn’t need to purchase much, even cooking a whole thanksgiving meal. The firepit area out back was delightful as we roasted marshmallows and made s’mores. The hot tub was a HUGE hit with even the littlest members of the family. The color changing lights made everyone super excited. The house situation feels very secluded even though there are neighbors nearby. Overall, we had an amazing experience with this property.

Nice very private home

Home was exactly as advertised. Nice, big, and clean. Plenty of room for family of 4. Id say would comfortably fit family of 6. I believe it took us about 25 mins to get to Pack Square in downtown Asheville.

Beautiful Home

Stayed at this property for our daughters wedding at yesterday spaces and was the perfect house for us to relax and enjoy while all the festivities were going on. We had many family members in town for the wedding and the house was a great size for people to come visit and stay a while. Kitchen was well equipped, many bathrooms and bedrooms. The weather was a little chilly to sit on the porches but would love to go back and be able to use. Very nice property!!

Reunion

The house just what we needed for a siblings and their spouses' reunion. Lovely setting. We all wished there was printed information about the area and instructions regarding the house. It was a challenging for six of us around the table with only three dining chairs and a bench. Hopefully a fourth chair is found. Overall enjoyed our stay.
