- Parking: Guests will receive parking permits for up to 2 vehicles only.
- No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited.
- No Fireworks or Laser Pointers:
- The discharge of fireworks is illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property.
- Laser pointers are also not allowed.
No Smoking Policy
- This unit is a designated non-smoking property.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Age & Booking Requirements
- The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
- If booking as a group of individuals, all guests must be over 25 years old.
- This does not apply to parents traveling with children, but at least one parent must be over 25 years old.
Rental Agreement
- A signed rental agreement is required before check-in.
- The agreement will be sent via email and must be returned by fax, USPS, or email.
