Among your private outdoor amenities, you’ll appreciate the splash pool, terrace with stunning views, outdoor bar seating, an inviting day bed, and more. Relax in style, with plush bedroom suites, a full kitchen, wine fridge, and a beautifully appointed main living area. Your piece of paradise awaits at Vista Vela II Penthouse Garden 4101.

Book this villa and receive: 1 Complimentary Arrival or Departure Transfer (10 people max, ask us for details), chips, salsa and margaritas on arrival, villa delivery of your AVIS car rental, airport and villa arrival services, and 24/7 customer service. Your stay also includes personalized concierge service and full itinerary planning, including private chef services, grocery pre-stocking, spa services, activities, and restaurant and beach club reservations. Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.

By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions
listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High
School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee).
Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

Accommodations were fantastic!

Just as described. We loved the private patio for swimming, spa, cooking! We played pickleball every night and the kitchen was well-stocked!

The location is fantastic, the host company were great to deal with and Angel (the concierge) was awesome and really looked after us during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Great stay

Apartment is terrific. Loved the pool and spa. Bedrooms were a good size, all with ensuites and TVs with Netflix etc. Kitchen very functional. Luis was lovely and responsive to requests and a small issue we had. There is a lot of construction around the property. Didn’t bother us but this might not be the best place if you’re looking for quiet surrounds. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Villa, Excellent experience

Vista Vela 4101 was the perfect villa for our family vacation. The interior was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. All three bedrooms had their own on suite. The outside space was a lot bigger than expected and where we spent most of our time. The pool and views are amazing! Jorge and Hazel from Cabovillas were both so nice, helpful and made the entire process very easy. There is a lot of construction around the property but it didn’t bother us, noise level was moderate and in the evening very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property very well decorated pictures describe the property accurately. The only issue we had was our transportation back to the airport. Our concierge quoted us $40 when we were dropped off we were charge $95.00 the gentleman would not give our luggage to us until we paid him. Luckily, we had enough cash, as typically, we do not carry cash other than that the state was great

This guest declined the taxi service offered by their concierge and used Uber. We can also book transportation for our guests in advance; all prices are clearly stated on our website. We're glad that despite the misunderstanding they had a wonderful stay. We hope to welcome them back again in the future!

Everything was fantastic except one of the gate guards hassled us when my daughter who was on the list arrived. The HOA rules are ridiculous. We come to Cabo often and have many friends who live here and we like to entertain. But not here. It’s too strict and a hassle getting in guests. So we probably would not rent here again.

Lovely properrty

The condo was very nice, spacious and beautifully appointed. Our concierge, Luis, was so helpful during our entire stay. He was able to book us transportation, reservations at restaurants and answer any questions we had. I did mention to the staff that there were no baking pans, dishes etc. although there were plenty of skillets and pots. The outdoor space was so really nice so we grilled a couple of nights. The views of Los Arcos were incredible every night. You do need to take a taxi or Uber to most places including the beach. You can walk to a few restaurants and Costco is a few hundred feet away. The pools on the property are very nice and we were able to play pickle all every day. We had a wonderful week.

Don’t do it!

First CaboVillas are horrible. The concierge was great, but the rest of them are horrible. Nik? If this is your guy, immediately call and ask for someone that actually works. They charge you for incidental insurance and then make you pay a deposit for incidental accidents. It is a scam. Getting the address to the place, I literally had to beg, the view? A joke. The photos lie. Your view is of a massive Costco roof. Construction? Everywhere. The workers enjoyed staring at my wife and daughter which made the pool useless to them. And the place filled with dust every time the back door opened. Coach roaches? I killed three and picked up two others. And then, the Hurricane came, not the Venus fault, but the broken storm shutters were, so because they were broke they had to lower them well in advance of any winds. We didn’t get high winds. So because neither of the other two rooms have windows at all, it we like we all slept in crypts. Do yourself a favor, FIND ANOTHER PLACE! I should note, that I DIDN'T book this place. Another scam I suspect. We booked a house on VRBO and strangely Cabo villas contacted me and and rushed me through contract for this place. My fault for not catching it, I suspect they count on that. Once signed, I realized they place was wrong! (I am a vacationer, not an expert on Mexican address’). Of course no refunds, so we were stuck with the place. Don’t do it! I just spent a week there, there are a ton of better places.

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with our team, however, we would like to clarify the concerns you have brought to our attention. We charge a one-time fee for the Accidental Damage Waiver which covers normal wear and tear during your stay. We require a refundable security deposit for negligent damages. This is common practice across all direct booking platforms. All guests have access to their personal guest portal which has all the information necessary regarding your rental, including address, maps, and amenities. The rooftops of the buildings below the pool area of the condominium are visible in the photos. Since they are below, they do not obstruct the ocean view. There is a construction project across the street from Costco, about a quarter mile down the road. Noise is very minimal, as is the view of the workers if you can see any. The hurricane shutters are easily operated via remote control. One (1) of the motorized shutters was not working, however, it was manually operable. The request for our staff to lower it meant that they had to lower it before the storm arrived that night. We were not willing to risk our staff’s safety once the storm hit to return to the condo to lower it. It was as simple as pulling down the shutter. Hurricane Hillary passed Los Cabos as a category 4 hurricane, bringing heavy rain and wind. Lastly, this reservation was booked on VRBO by the guest. We cannot make any changes to venues that are booked on VRBO. Our agent Nik verified the booking information with the guest directly on the phone. The guest realized they had booked the wrong condo 11 days after we had already solidified the contract with the owner. Vista Velas 4101 condominium is one of many excellent places to stay in beautiful Los Cabos!
