With 4 on-suite sleeping quarters, upper and lower living areas, 2 decks, 2-car garage, and ample storage, this is a great opportunity for your next alpine getaway.

During the ski season download the village connect app or call Dial a Ride to reserve shuttle service to Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek Resorts for convenient skier access. (970) 949-1938.

Enjoy access to the bike path just outside the community gates that will lead you to Edwards, Avon or Even Vail, following the Eagle River and old US 6.

Great home in Beaver Creek

The house was wonderfully located. Close to Beaver Creek resort and inside the Country Club of the Rockies. It was well appointed, clean and well provisioned.

Beautiful Home with lots of room and great ski access.

We stayed at this home the first week of January 2023. The home is very large and spacious. We were able to spread out and enjoy not being on top of each other. The home is very well appointed and stocked with everything you may need. We sat by the large fireplace in the living room every morning and evening and enjoyed the views and the snow. Our family came for skiing and we could not have asked for more. The use of the shuttle to get to the mountain was perfect. We used the app and they picked us up in the driveway and dropped us off next to the lift. Getting back home at the end of the ski day was just as easy. If you are looking for a family friendly location with lots of room this is the home for you. We will are already wanting to book again for next year.

Great Location for Skiing and Big Enough for Families

We had a great time staying in Edwards the first week of March 2023. This home was plenty big for a group of 8 adults all skiing for a week. Each bedroom had a bathroom attached, there was plenty of supplies and tons of space. The kitchen was well stocked with ANYTHING you could need on your trip. We sat around the fireplace every night either doing a puzzle or watching TV. They had plenty of puzzles for us to do and plenty of space if you needed to work while on your trip. Access to Beaver Creak resort was just on the other side of the gate with free parking at the Arrowhead lodge. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and the management staff was super helpful making sure we were all set with check-in and making sure that we knew we could reach out with any questions or concerns during our stay. Overall I would recommend this house to people with kids or groups of adults. It was an excellent property in a beautiful area.

Multi-Family Ski Trip

We had a terrific stay over President’s Day weekend in this lovely house. Close to both Edwards and Avon, the house is also only an 8-minute drive to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. We loved the open layout for the common areas and the privacy of each of the bedrooms — perfect for our two families. The kitchen is well appointed and we loved the fireplace and living area. A great ski house and a very good rental experience.

Wonderful mountain getaway!

The house is stunning and was the perfect location for our time in the mountains. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch. What a view! Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stretch out and relax. Loved the kitchen - we ended up staying in for more meals than we had planned! The house was close to everything we wanted to do - walks and hikes, fishing, good restaurants and shopping. We definitely want to come stay during ski season. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. We are already planning our next trip - can't wait to be back!

Winter Wonderland

An amazing property with access to Beaver Creek and Arrowhead. Tremendous space and such a wonderful location, nestled next to the golf course and Eagle River.

Gorgeous Mountain Home!

Highly recommend! Great, beautiful home in a private, gated community just minutes from Arrowhead/Beaver Creek. Convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Clean, modern, beautiful wood beams / trimmings, fireplace, furnishings, etc. Loved every room in this house! Easy check-in and check-out. The property management team was easily accessible and provided recommendations for us which was very helpful. The tasteful welcome gift when we arrived made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back again!

Family Trip to the Mountains!

Beautiful home with great location! Check in was seamless and the local staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed along with great recommendations for things to do around the area/restaurants to go to. If you’re traveling to Vail/Beaver Creek this house is a MUST. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the incredible stay :)
