Panama City Beach Getaway - Less than 1 min to beach! Whitest sand & best sunset

Thank you for considering our home for your beach getaway!! We are Willie & Nikki Spurgeon and Laguna Beach has been our favorite area to go relax for the last 10+ years. We finally made the decision to buy a place here in December 2021. We have one amazing son named Levi who loves the beach (& Thomas Donuts) just as much as us so we though buying a place would give us more opportunities to enjoy the area! I own a sign company and my wife owns a dog training business both located in Chattanooga, TN. We have a horse farm as well that we've also built a 18 hole disc golf course on where we occasionally hold tournaments. We completely remodeled Seas the Day ourselves from bottom to top / inside and out for our guests to enjoy. We handmade all the nightstands, beds, end tables, kitchen table, outdoor furniture and many of the decorations ourselves to help create a unique experience our guests would remember. Because it's in beautiful Laguna Beach!!! West-end PCB is where the locals go to the beach. If you know you know!! No high-rises allowed and no commercial development at the beach means less people, less traffic and MUCH nicer beaches!!! Less than 10 mins to Pier Park and about 20 mins to Seaside! 2 mins to World Famous Thomas Donuts!! Close to everything without being right in the middle of everyone. Come find out why the west-end is the best end!!!
