    Very nice condo

    My family and I stayed for two nights and we had a great experience. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there but the condo was equipped with everything we needed (including a pack n play for our 2 year old!) We would certainly stay again.

    The W Residences are Great!

    This was my second stay in one of the W Residences and it is by far our favorite way to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Access to the pools and amenities of the W but without the hotel cost. Condo was clean and well appointed. Host was extremely responsive and let us check in early which was great! Some of the furniture was a little worn, but clean and did not disrupt our trip in any way. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay again!

    A Wonderful Stay!

    We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean, the views from the balcony were beautiful (you can see the ocean and the intracoastal) and to be part of the W hotel was fabulous where we could enjoy all the amenities - restaurants, pool, beach, etc. The hotel was very family friendly which was a huge plus for us. The condo was roomy enough so that one day when it rained we spent the afternoon indoors. The unit was also stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner which was very nice to not have to worry about when traveling. The owner was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

    Beware of Listing

    We booked this condo in November (paid in full) for a family spring break trip in April. Shortly after booking, I received a confirmation from property manager confirming reservation, The night before we were due to checked in April 13, which was the last night of our cruise, I reached out to owner for details on the check-in process, as it was never sent as promised. The morning we were checking in (also leaving our cruise ship), I received a notice from the property manager stating he had to cancel the reservation and he had double booked. He also stated this was not the first incident. As you can imagine, I was in panic mode as our party of six (three small kids) had nowhere to stay – to boot, there was also a storm that closed FT Lauderdale airport and a large concert, so no hotels available in the same area. We ended up having to book two separate hotel rooms in a different area that were double the cost with half the amenities due to late booking!!!! Horrible experience for a mom who pre-booked/pre-planned the trip in November. It was almost more disappointing how easy it was for the property manager to cancel without offering some type of future discount or something to make-up for the inconvenience he caused us both with our time and money!
