If you are looking for exceptional luxury, something very special, then you have found it here. Our house was built in 1857 and became renovated during the years 2012 and 2015, retaining it's incredible charm.
New 3br holiday Apartment in Oberammergau in the Ammergauer Alps.
The Villa BeLucky is perfect located on the outskirts of Oberammergau, only 14km or a 15 min drive from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The town centre of Oberammergau is only about 800m away, featuring dozens of shops, excellent Restaurants and attractions.
The Apartment is located on the top floor of the building. It has a size of 112m2 (about 1,204 sqft), featuring a huge living / dining area, one bathroom with toilet, sink and corner bathtub and one bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized double bed (140x200 cm), bedroom 2 has a king sized double bed (180x200cm) and bedroom 3 has a king sized double bed (180x200cm) which can be converted to two single beds (90x200cm).

Loading and unloading is possible on the property. Parking spaces outside and free of charge are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is equipped with highest Quality furniture and Interior’s. Here you will feel home even far away from home.
There are not many comparable apartments in the area. Highest luxury combined with highest comfort in an exceptional villa. Outstanding beautiful garden (decorated with the first price in the garden competition in 2014 and 2016), beautiful antic interiors, hand crafted furniture, and hand painted cabinets are making this place to something very special. Very charming, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Had a great time. Our host Thomas and staff were great. Was there for us the whole time . I can say he wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied which we were. Location was perfect for us in the beautiful Stadt of Oberammagau and close to Garmisch. Would recommend staying here with anyone. Thank you Thomas, hope to revisit and stay again.

The view of the mountain above the Ammer River is perfect. The mountain is centered on the apartment balcony. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. The two bathrooms were great for 6 adults. The apartment is walking distance from the city center and next door to the Hansel and Gretal and Big Bad Wolf Houses. These two houses are on the must see list of homes with beautiful Barvarian Murals. It was a great and wonderful experience!

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for exploring Oberammergau and the surrounding area. The house is charming, spacious and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Thomas is an excellent host- responsive, friendly, kind and helpful.

Pleasant surprise

Although the pictures in the description are nice, the actual situation is even better. We were surprised with the spaceous atmosphere inside the appartment! The appartment and its interior breath comfort. We massivly enjoyed our stay!

Family stay in Oberammergau

Our family of six (two adults and four children) enjoyed our stay at this property during our three night visit to Oberammergau. The house is completely adorable, with perfectly Bavaian touches throughout, not to mention a great view of the mountain! We had everything we needed to be comfortable (games, DVDs, books, kitchen appliances, etc.) The property was sparkling clean! Walking distance to shops and dining in Oberammergau. The host was kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend this stay!

The absolutely perfect getaway!

This is the BEST rental experience I’ve ever had. It started with the checking process with Thomas, the owner — the epitome of a customer oriented host. He met our every need before we knew we needed it. He stocked the apartment as though it was his home and cared for us as though we were his family. The great area - combination kitchen, dinning room and living room - was more than spacious enough for the five of us to gather. The bed rooms are cozy and spacious. Two bath rooms are superb. Tomas keeps this property in immaculate condition. The property is a few minute walk from Oberammergau’s carving center. The town is like a museum, and we experienced a bird’s eye view of it. In a 60 year period, I spent over 12 years in Germany. I have never experienced as rewarding a stay as this one. Thank you Thomas. We will return.

Die Wohnung ist super, bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, Check-in und Check-out haben gut geklappt.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, lediglich das Besteck war etwas knapp bemessen. Es waren jeweils nur 6 Löffel, 6 Messer usw. vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hallo Astrid, schön, dass es Euch bei uns gefallen hat! Thema Besteck, ein Ruf nach unten und Ihr hättet Besteck für 15 Personen bekommen. Fehlt etwas, einfach Bescheid geben. Wir stellen das unverzüglich ab. An Besteck sollte es nicht scheitern, normalerweise haben wir aber Maximalbelegung mit 6 Personen evtl. Kleinkind. Grüße Thomas (Villa Be Lucky)

Einfach großartig!!! Wir sind als Gruppe ( 2 Familien) über Silvester nach Oberammergau gereist und wurden so herzlich und freundlich in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft empfangen. Es fehlte in dieser Ferienwohnung einfach an nichts, die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - es standen sogar Getränke und Süßigkeiten bereit. Die Einrichtung ist so liebevoll gestaltet - man fühlt sich sofort absolut wohl. Die Vermieter sind zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es so sehr gefallen, dass wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Zum Geburtstag eine runde Sache

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und toll gestaltet. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge in den Ort und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unheimlich hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen oder Problemen.

Tolle Gastgeber und tolle Fewo

Einen persönlichen und so herzlichen Empfang hat man selten bei einer Fewo!!! Thomas und Sejo sind sehr zuvorkommend und die Whg sieht super aus und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir (Eltern, 2 Kinder und Oma) haben uns durchweg wohl gefühlt und können die „Villa BeLucky“ jedem empfehlen! Einfach nur TOP! Und durch die gut isolierten Fenster bekommt man von der Hauptstraße kaum etwas mit.

Wie zu Hause

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung,in der man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Nicht nur funktional und kalt eingerichtet, sondern mit viel Liebe zum Detail und geschmackvoller Deko eine Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Nur an den Bergen könnte noch was gemacht werden. ( ein wenig flacher vielleicht ) :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familien oder größere Gruppen

Wir hatten ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum Oberammergaus entfernt und hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Besonders gut geeignet ist sie aufgrund der drei Doppelbetten und zwei Badezimmern für Familien mit mehreren Personen oder mehreren Paaren, die gemeinsam verreisen. Der Gastgeber ist nett und die Kommunikation verlief super unkompliziert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Familienurlaub in dem tollen Ferienhaus im Oberammergau. Das Haus ist wahnsinnig modern, stillvoll, aber auch gemütlich uneingerichtet. Die Zimmer haben einen unglaublichen Charme, da sie sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet sind. Der offene Küchen-,Ess-, und Wohnbereich haben uns viele Spiele- und Kochabende bescherrt. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben uns auch in kürzester Zeit jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen:)
