アパートはエレベーター付きの石造りの建物の1階に位置しています。 木製の床、たくさんの窓があり、モダンな装飾が施されています。 所有者は白黒の配色で遊んでおり、非常にシックな外観をアパートに与えています。

アパートに入ると、前の窓に面し、左側に廊下があります。 廊下の右側にはバスルームがあり、寝室はまっすぐ前にあります。 寝室のすぐ前で、リビングルームに迎えられます。

このリビングルームは、2人のゲストを含む4人を快適に収容できるように構成されています。 快適なソファ、アームチェア、最大6名のゲストに対応できる拡張可能なテーブル、ウォールユニットを提供しています。 リビングルームは、通りと新鮮な市場の景色を提供する2つの大きな窓のおかげで、自然光を浴びています。

ソファは2人用の快適なベッドに変えることができます。 写真を見てみると、本当に素敵なベッドです。 さらに、部分的な壁は寝室の隅に親密さを与えます。 所有者は、リビングルームの寝室側とダイニング側を自由に分離するカーテンを追加する予定です。

ベッドルームには、快適なダブルベッドと十分な量のクローゼットスペースがあります。 ベッドルームも大きな窓から利益を得ています。

アパートには、食事を準備するための設備の整ったオープンモダンなキッチンがあります。

Nice, clean, tastefully furnished apartment in a residential building. Self check-in and check-out were an unusual procedure but clear directions were provided and we experienced no trouble. The building was quiet and pleasant and a good place to relax after spending a lot of time walking around Paris.

This was my second time staying in this apartment. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and we appreciate having a washer and dryer available. It is in a great location; love the market street and all the little takeout restaurants. It is easy walking distance to both the Ternes metro and the Arc de Triomphe. The only complaint is the TV is rather glitchy not sure whether it was the connection or us not understanding directions.

A splendid little apartment in an equally splendid neighborhood. The market on Rue Poncelet and the kithwn in this apartment would make for an excellent cooking vacation. But when in Paris, eat out. And there are plenty of places to eat out right out your front doorstep. A quality Vrbo rental indeed.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- such a great neighborhood with all that you need right on your doorstep. We went to Paris primarily to see the David Hockney show at the Louis Vuitton Foundation and a shuttle runs every 20 mins from the Arc de Triomphe - just a ten minute walk away. That was an added bonus!The apartment was well equipped and is larger in real life than we had expected!

Wonderful apartment for our family vacation in Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property during our vacation. JN was very responsive to our queries. We loved the location and proximity to the local markets, conveniences and Metro. The only thing we recommend to improve is the main bathroom sink, which was clogged and did not drain properly each time we went to use the sink. Otherwise, the apartment was great and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful apartment in great location

Clean, spacious, and conveniently located on street where there is a daily market. Close to two metro stops and plenty of restaurants and shops all within a short walk.

Nice place!

The place was very pleasant and we were very happy with it! The sofa is a pull-out, so perfect for kids. Even when the curtain was pulled to block off the sofabed area, there was still enough room to sit comfortably at the dining table.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed a lovely 3-day stay in this Paris flat. It is a fabulous location, there is a street market right outside the doors every day and lots of great cafes. We felt safe as its a quiet location. Lovely central property in quiet clean area

We found this appartement to be in a fabulous location, just 5 minutes walk from the Arc De Triomphe. Lots of local restaurants and cafés nearby plus 2 supermarkets for essentials. We stayed as a group of 3 generations - 19, 49 and 79

Perfect spot

Everything was as advertised, the location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The only minor issue for us was that it turned out the pull out couch was more comfortable than the main bed. Wonderful stay regardless.

Great neighborhood

We stayed 2 weeks at rue a Poncelet. Mostly a very good experience though we had several glitches that could have been addressed a lot more effectively with more timely information from the property manager. The market street is wonderful and the Metro is a short walk away.

Great location and nice apartment.

We had a couple of problems, the shower door was off it’s hinges and the smoke alarm kept going off but these problems were taken care of as soon as possible. The communications we had with the owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and ideal for family of 3

We enjoyed staying at this Parisian flat. It was fun to be a local for the week, and go get groceries each day and find local bars and cafes to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. The linens and pillows were comfortable, although my only recommendation would be to have better towels (they were thin and scratchy). The bathroom was small yet had a decent shower and convenient washer/dryer. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook.

Nice property, great location with easy public transportation access. Great size for small family and kitchen well stocked. There was remaining garbage from prior stay in the kitchen and a soap container left in the shower but overall seemed clean. Washer and dryer convenient and beds and pull out comfy. Great stay overall. Key pick up felt like Harry Potter book but 13 year old thought it was fun.

As an agency we use all our organization to continuously improve our service and the nice apts we manage. Any issue would be systematically acted upon. We have escaladated the issue with the soap & trash to the maintenance company. The cleaning lady has been trained again as part of our procedure. We hope this will not happen again in any apt. Very basic

Overall this was a very, very basic place. The huge saving grace is a spectacular location, in the cutest, most charming Parisian neighborhood. Everything you need is in walking distance. But the apartment is nothing overly special, but works if you need a place to stay. We were here for the Olympics so we weren’t in the apt much.

Local Gem

This is a wonderful local apartment in the heart of the Arc de Triomphe. This a cute apartment emerged in the local area with the local market, and local shopping on the same street with local restaurants. One bedroom with a pull out couch that is comfortable. It has a full size shower, washer/dryer and nice little kitchen. The toilet is separate which is helpful so that others can shower. It would be great to have a full length mirror in the all by the plug to allow for women to get ready while others shower. Check in instructions are clear and accurate. Easy in and out. Easy access to trains/subway and Uber by going to the main road. Overall I would stay here again. Truly a great location and adorable place in Paris with a great host.

We selected this property because of its prestigious location close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.

We answer to each request and send a detailed quote & contract on each request. We believe the instant quote given on the site is not precise enough for a guest to book an apt.

We react fast, be it by mail (often in the hour, max 24h, we have evening shift), Immediatly by phone. Note we do not take booking on the phone nor discuss prices or availability, risk of mistake is too high. E-mail is much more secure & precise. We nevertheless are happy to answer specific questions.

During your stay, we are always available. We can advise you on how to use the apt. We run a night emergency line, for real emergencies :-). When problem arise, we do our best to solve them, quickly.

We want our guest to have the best memories of their stay. We have a high rate of returning guests : it seems they do.
