Beautifully styled and well equipped, this three bedroom Mauna Lani Fairways townhome is a great choice for your Hawaiian vacation accommodations! The layout is very comfortable with an open flow from the living area and kitchen. The home accomodates up to eights guests, with a spacious primary retreat on the main floor, two additional bedrooms upstairs, and a queen pullout sofa. The resort style amenities will impress with a large pool, spa, fitness center, and private beach club access.

Like a big island dream

Excellent property, with everything you need and more. I rate it above excellent, simply amazing. Excellent quality of the furnishings and other equipment inside. Made our experience like a dream. The resort also was very well maintained. I would come again and again.

Spectacular house, property, pool, and beach access!

This house/condo was amazing, very spacious, and well stocked with everything you need (in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, and beach) for 8 (including a large dinner table with seating for 8 plus 2 high chairs). It's even better in person than the photos! The location in Mauna Lani Fairways is amazing too--the pool and hot tub was spectacular. The Mauna Lani Beach Club was amazing--much better than the photo depicts--with beach chairs, bathrooms, great snorkeling in a nice cove, and coastal trail. Foodland grocery is nearby and so are other beaches and petroglyphs. There's a great selection of beach gear and beach toys for the kids. We highly recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat (it's a favorite part of our intergenerational Hawaii vacation!).

My husband and I found the property was as-described in the listing and actually more beautiful in person. It is clearly well managed and we were provided everything we needed for our stay. The house rules were common-sense and the check in/out was hassle free. Although we don’t have children, I highly recommend this booking if you’re traveling with kids. Not only are the rooms and living areas spacious, but they have a high chair and play pen tucked away in the closet; along with books and games for young ones and a little grassy area to run around outside the lanai. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely consider rebooking when next time we’re back in Waikoloa

Best spot to stay!

Loved staying here - beautiful location and awesome hosts. Mary helped us find all the best spots to go - I especially loved her binder of all the local attractions.

We love the Fairways at Mauna Lani for so many reasons. The grounds are beautiful and it is well located within Mauna Lani to walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc but very quiet and peaceful. We bought this with our friends and plan to make a joint family vacation spot for years to come! We are excited to share it with others when we are not there- one of our favorite things about owning a vacation property.

This is an addition to our two bedroom townhome next door and we thought it would be a great one! We can offer both units together (5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 14 guests) or separately.
