Escape to this stunning oceanfront condo at Halii Kai in Waikoloa Beach Resort, perfectly positioned near the sparkling waters of the Big Island. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests with its thoughtfully appointed bedroom layouts and sleeper sofa, offering the ideal retreat for families or friends seeking Hawaiian paradise. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private lanai with built-in BBQ grill, and resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, plus complimentary beach gear like chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella for easy beach access. Free WiFi, parking, and air conditioning keep you connected and comfortable, while nearby activities like snorkeling, whale watching, and golf promise unforgettable island adventures.

Halii Kai 15H is located in Building 15 at Halii Kai, ground floor.

Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time. This is a perfect location to access the many things to do on the island. And staying at the complex pool for the day was so easy and lovely. Very nice to have food and bar accommodations at the complex pool. We would definitely come back!

Great Location

Beautiful view from a spacious lanai for a condo. Good floor plan for couples and family. Close to Ocean Club pool and restaurant which has decent food, drinks, and prices. Appreciate BBQ and beach gear.

The view didn’t disappoint!

Great view! Nice area. The facilities (pool, gym, restaurant) are an added bonus. We also were able to use some of the beach toys and chairs that were provided.

Three generations "Girls Getaway"

The home and it's location were perfect for our getaway. We also were treated with whales breaching while enjoying lunch on the lanai! We will definitely try to rebook if/when we return to the Big Island. Mahalo!

Lovely oceanfront condo in quiet resort setting

This spacious, well-appointed condo was a wonderful home base for our Big Island visit. We enjoyed the resort pool, work out facilities and dining options when we were back at the condo. The views from the back patio were wonderful and we spent considerable time there. Kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking in. Would definitely return.

The room's location was great, with a nice view of the ocean. The upstairs room had a problem, causing them to wash their floor late at night and into the next morning. There was water flooding their lanai and onto our patio on both days.

Halii Kai 15H

We had a wonderful view of the ocean! Beds are extremely comfortable. The clubhouse had a wonderful pool, workout space and Restaurant. However, the condo needs more coffee cups and a cookie sheet though.

We are never disappointed. Love the condo,the pool and bar area. We feel like we are coming home when we get there! Check in is easy and management is always ready to help with anything that comes up. Highly recommend, just not when we want it :]

Location beautiful, gated area. Offers amazing views. Kitchen, dining, bedroom, and bath were as pictured. Privacy on corner lot location. Walking short to ocean pool area and restaurant. Amazing views there. Golf course looks spectacular...husband and daughter played 18. Great course. Will return with all of family soon..

Ocean front!!

What a beautiful view from the Lanai. We so enjoyed our stay. We sat outside most of the time. The ocean club is top notch. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, but it may be time to get some new carpet. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

We had a great stay, beautiful home and location. Wish that the ocean club didn’t control the pool. It didn’t feel very private for that reason so we didn’t use it

Happy little surprise

My family was pleasantly surprised by the amount of ample space and beautiful ocean front view. Kitchen is well appointed and as described. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner if you're planning to stay longer than a day. We'll definitely be back!
