You’ll love our rustic, modern, and exclusive Chalet Weitsee! Our chalet is lovingly furnished and features two apartments. The Lofer vacation apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates 2–4 people. On the upper floor is the Fellhorn vacation apartment, which is designed for 2–6 people, with one bedroom located in the attic.

The modern and exclusive Lofer vacation apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates 2–4 people. The new vacation apartment features: • 2 rustic and cozy bedrooms with double beds (180×200) • 1 gorgeous bathroom with a rain shower • an additional guest restroom • a very cozy, spacious living and dining room (40 square meters), with a very comfortable sofa, a 49-inch curved TV, and a large dining table • an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a headroom-friendly range hood that leaves nothing to be desired • a gorgeous, south-facing terrace with fantastic mountain views that invites you to linger and relax. • Of course, all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. In our exclusive chalet, you’ll feel right at home and forget all about your daily routine. The garage offers plenty of space to store your ski gear. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. If you’re a larger group, you can rent 4 or 5 apartments, providing space for up to 26 people. Before you arrive, we’ll send you the free “Reit im Winkl Inklusiv Card,” which gives you access to an incredible number of services locally, in the Chiemgau region, and in the Kaiserwinkl area—either for free or at a discount. Reit im Winkl: A Climatic Health Resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat and providing ample bus service.
