Great, safe neighborhood

Neighborhood is very nice, you can go to Walmart without crossing any major roads, which is really nice when traveling with children. Property is clean and as pictured.

Overpriced & Not in good condition

This property was very overpriced for the condition it was in. When we arrived at the house the first thing we noticed was the front walkway was dirty and full of leaves and we had to sweep it ourselves. The electronic door lock was broken. The sliding glass door screen door was missing the entire screen. There were other windows with ripped screens. The windows were very dirty you could hardly see out of them! The outdoor furniture was ripped in several places and falling apart. The kitchen drawers were in poor condition and when you pulled them open they almost came all the way out. The kitchen sink had dirty sponges in the sink. The silverware was so cheap it seemed like something you would use for camping. The master bathroom was missing the closet doors. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and sheets were cheap and didn’t stay in one place. The bath towels were in used condition! Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the home and what we paid for it. I did let the owner know of these things!

A civil engineer by education and a customer service oriented profession and an active real estate investor. After flipping houses and long term rentals i wanted to try out the short term rentals. We live close by to the property and take very good care of the property. Most of the paintings you see in the house were done by my wife, she also has a very good decorating skills and she furnished the entire house on her own. You have to check this place out to see it for yourself

The property is located only 15 minutes from DFW airport and is located in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. It has a shopping complex within 2 minute drive, there are coffee shops, laundry, gas station, pharmacy and a grocery shop along with other small mom and pop shops. Roanoke downtown is less than 10 minute drive and offers a wide variety of dining options. Texas motor speedway is a 15 minute drive from this house and many guests come here to stay when they come to see the races. Lake grapevine offers a lot of parks for hiking and biking and water sports.
