A civil engineer by education and a customer service oriented profession and an active real estate investor. After flipping houses and long term rentals i wanted to try out the short term rentals. It has a shopping complex within 2 minute drive, there are coffee shops, laundry, gas station, pharmacy and a grocery shop along with other small mom and pop shops. Roanoke downtown is less than 10 minute drive and offers a wide variety of dining options. Texas motor speedway is a 15 minute drive from this house and many guests come here to stay when they come to see the races. Lake grapevine offers a lot of parks for hiking and biking and water sports.
