We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, as well as the Black Drum Brewery located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach, are now open!!!

Welcome to 706 Brighton, this sleek, airy and open condo is ready for your fabulous beach vacation! The living area is bright and inviting, it features a pull-out sofa and access to the large balcony. The dining area is spacious and seats four. The kitchen is delightful, it has a fantastic granite counter height eat-at bar with 3 seats and a bay window to see the gorgeous, south-facing ocean view and has new stainless steel appliances.. The master bedroom is quite large, it has a king-sized bed, an ensuite, and accesses the balcony. The ensuite has a double vanity, an extra-large jetted tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and is directly across from the guest bathroom.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pools, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. The cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

Love everything about this rental!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! Great communication with the owner, easy check-in, clean and spacious condo with so many amenities. My kids loved the pools and waterpark. No issues with the elevators during our stay either. We will definitely stay here again.

Great last minute stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last minute decision to come to the beach, property manager was quick to help us get booked and the stay was awesome. The view of the ocean is great, condo was clean and well-maintained.

Was a great trip.

We loved staying there. Was just what our family needed. Weather was amazing all week. Beach and pool were just great. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion we have is may want to take look at master bedroom bed. Its life might be up. Haha. My husband and I kept sliding to the middle and we would have liked more cooking utensils and sharp knives to cook with. Balcony was our favorite place to be. Overall great trip!!

Excellent location and very spacious unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good at 706 Brighton. Check in process was a breeze! We have stayed at Kingston properties before and electronic check in with code was so much more convenient. We found the unit in good condition, with a few exceptions. We notified the management staff and they were going to take care of issues before next guests arrive. It was nothing that interfered with our stay, just some minor cleaning and maintenance items. It could definitely use some deep cleaning. Location is phenomenal and unit is very comfortable and spacious!
