Terrific Beach Stay

The property was beautiful and the unit was terrific with a great view of the beach. Close to the beach and to the Apache pier. A great family getaway.

This condo was just lovely! Looks exactly as portrayed in the photos. Our crew of 8 (3 adults & 5 children) moved around and rested comfortably. We had no issues at all. We stayed 4 nights, wanted to stay longer! We'll be back. And for those considering staying here for a few days or so, you won't regret it!

The Brewery next door had good food and you could order while at the pool! The condo was clean and we didn’t have any issues! Our contact was Courtney and she was very responsive and willing to handle anything we needed. We will definitely stay again!!

204 Brighton is worth a visit!

Beautiful unit!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Small details like having dish soap and hand soap in the bathrooms was a nice touch. Master shower was phenomenal!! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. If you’re considering a trip to Myrtle Beach, I highly recommend this unit. It’s in a great location. Lots of restaurants, entertainment and grocery options near by. My complaint if I had one was the Master bed was a little stiff for my liking. That more of a preference than an actual criticism.though.

I received an early check in without even asking I just told them the time I would arrive and the place was ready before I even got there! This was the most amazing place I ever stayed in Myrtle Beach, The pictures does no justice everything was exactly as described. Super clean and the decor was the icing on the cake! The property came with EVERYTHING you need from sunscreen to beach chairs I couldn’t ask for more! The view was perfect from sunrise to sunset! Thank you so much for having me at your place my family was so pleased with everything I would definitely recommend! Just BOOK don’t think twice!

The beds were comfortable, the one set of sheets seemed a little paper-y, we ended getting our own while down there but it was only on one of the beds. They had beach chairs and sand toys so we didn’t need to bring those with us. Overall stay was 10/10, would stay here again.

Great condo on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at 204 Brighton. The unit was clean and inviting. The shower in the master bedroom is AMAZING!! Only complaint we had was the bedding. The sheets feel like cardboard and the waterproof mattress cover is noisy. The beds themselves could be more comfortable, but we were there for work and beach, not for sleep. We definitely appreciated the resort passes but weren’t able to use them. There’s kcups but no keurig, which was a little weird. Overall awesome experience and we will definitely be back! We just may bring our own sheets next time :)

It was not the AC kicking on and off, something else. Also the TV very hard to figure out. Myself and our daughter use many IT and tech systems daily in our profession but stiill never quite figured out how to use the TV.
