The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and safety issue...especially for this price range of VRBO homes. I stay in a few per year.

After two nights here I was quite surprised by the high reviews. This house is right next to townhomes and across the street from apartments, many of which were clearly college students. As I was traveling with young children this was not a great location. The music from their parties kept us up until about 2am then there were men talking outside on the sidewalk. The cleanliness of the property was something to be desired. Upon opening the garage, there was old trash sitting open so I took care of that. There were used cigarette butts scattered on the garage floor next to a chair. In the back yard, we were disgusted to find a dirty Nike sock and empty beer can laying in the middle of the backyard. The grill was competently torn apart as if someone had begun cleaning then just left it all open and parts all over. The back tables and chairs were scattered. The house itself was fine overall and beds were comfortable. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was when I contacted the host on 2 separate occasions telling him our concerns regarding our stay and encouraging his cleaning team to be more thorough there was no acknowledgement or even an apology.

Disappointing

Check in went fine and the property manager was very responsive until we checked in (and we got in after midnight). Unfortunately there was only one clean towel, so all but one of us had to hold off on showers until morning when I hoped the property manager would get back to us; they never did :( We ended up drying our hands with washclothes and sharing one damp towel. I was very disappointed by the property manager's lack of response (even though we waited until.business hours the next day) especially because this property has an earlier than usual check out (10am) so we didnt have time to wait very long for a reply if we wanted showers.

We liked everything and it was accommodating for our family needs. We came from Oregon and had a family reunion close by so it was perfect for us to have a home to go back to with our family that was comfortable and in a safe environment.

Great Neighborhood!

Nice, quiet Neighborhood. My kids enjoyed the backyard and ping pong table. Loved that it had four bedrooms, worked perfect for our four kiddos, my teens don’t like sleeping in the same bed. The house was big enough for us and had everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, comfortable beds. Great communication with management. I would definitely recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Location

This place is in a great location minimal noise and close to restaurants, 3 gyms, grocery stores. Clean house great location and parking in the garage does have advantages.

Party houses all around

Two of Three nights the college party’s spilled into the rentals side yard. And kept us up tell 2-3 in the morning. Manager said that between a home football game and Halloween it probably was louder than normal. College rentals all around you if you stay there. It’s going to be irresponsible kids partying and signing tell they pass out. I never told the manager that the party was college kids. But when I made comments about the situation. He brought up that they were college students around. My guess is that it happens more frequently than he made it sound. I guess if you need a party rental for the weekend this would be the best option to rent.

*PERFECT* location for college sporting events!!

If you know Lincoln, you know the location is really great for accessing UNL (<10 min), and about the same to the airport.

Week long stay

Comfortable beds. Good for families. If you have toddlers bring a sturdy kid gate for stairs. Very clean. Nice being able to park in the garage. Plenty of room for our large family to visit, eat meals & play games. Good location to access lots of areas of town. Planet Fitness nearby has $5 day passes.

Great Home

Perfect place to stay for a football weekend. Close to downtown and in a nice quite neighborhood. Home was very clean and cozy! Loved the ping pong table in the basement. Meet all our needs and would stay again.

Ok property

Decent property however the kitchen could use a few items. Had to make pancakes in small fry pan and large pot and luckily had travel wine opener. The dishwasher needs repair and/or replacement - leaked all over floor so had to wash by hand. The garage door was not functioning either. The beds were comfortable.
