Welcome to your waterfront South Florida home! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by water on three sides. It offers a peaceful, private setting while still being just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and downtown.

The space

Perfect for an extended stay, relocation, remote work, or simply spending a few months in South Florida. The home is fully furnished and move-in ready, with Wi-Fi and utilities included.

Step outside to your private waterfront backyard with a pool, hot tub, and beautiful canal views. The canal connects to the Intracoastal Waterway, and you can launch a kayak or paddleboard right from the backyard.

The tropical yard is filled with greenery and exotic fruit trees, creating a private, relaxing setting.

Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests:

King bed in the primary bedroom
Queen bed in the second bedroom
Two Twin XL beds in the third bedroom
Double sleeper sofa in the living room
Crib and bassinet available upon request

Guest access

Guests have access to the home, pool, hot tub and waterfront backyard. Please park only in the driveway.

Other things to note

The pool is not heated. The hot tub is available daily from 5 PM–10 PM.

A BBQ grill and firepit are provided as conveniences. We do our best to keep them available and functioning, but cannot guarantee their availability during every stay. Guests are responsible for replacing propane if needed.
