Perfect location and very pro-family oriented
We actually had a bachelorette “party” here. I say party loosely because we aren’t a roudy bunch compared to most parties but we did have a noise complaint midday. There’s a noise ordinance that starts at 10pm but I’d say most neighbors don’t want you being louder than a normal backyard BBQ.
With that being said, the house and yard are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely consider staying here with family instead of a friend group that wants music while being in the pool. The house came with everything: washer/driver and a bit of detergent, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, kitchen supplies, pillows, comfy beds, blankets, extra blankets, board games, gaming consoles, two TVs, yard games, pool and hot tub with beach towels, beach supplies like cooler and chairs and toys and plenty of seating. Best part, a 6 seater golf cart to drive around. That was so helpful since our group didn’t have a car.
It really felt like the owner thought of everything a family would need for a great time in a beach town.
The fridge wasn’t hooked up to water so we had to buy our own ice and bottled water. There were some spots on the floor that gave but there was always a rug on top of it so it wasn’t a tripping hazard. The hot tube also never got hot but that could have been user error. We did not spend much time trying to figure it out.
Overall we had a blast and would recommend staying here for family vacations!
