Loved our stay!

We had a great time, and loved the location and the condo. Was perfect for our family of 4 but could have fit more if needed. We will be back.

Family trip

This was a first time stay for us at The Breakers and it was fantastic! The location was great, beach was perfect (short walk), and condo decor was beautiful. It was just an overall great experience!

Perfect!

It was absolutely perfect! Looking forward to booking again! Great location, beautiful decor, everything you need (including a closet full of beach stuff), and the view!!!! Loved walking in the front door to that view every time! It was hard to leave!

Incredible view!

The Breakers 82 was just awesome! The unit was super clean, everything worked and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! There were even several games my grandson found and books my daughter and I loved! It was a great stay!

Steps from the Beach

The condo was very clean and as advertised. The location to local restaurants and shopping was minutes away and the beach was a short walk.I would rent it again. As a matter of fact, my family is already planning next year's trip.

Short Getaway

We had family in from out of town and decided to go to Orange Beach. The weather was uncooperative, but the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The best time!

We had a wonderful stay, it was my son's first beach trip! He is one years old. We appreciated the supply of toys and chairs, it was so thoughtful. The place was perfect for our family and the view is amazing. We plan on going back !

Cozy and convenient

Pulling up I was a bit nervous but once inside it was perfect! Beach access was great! There aren’t a ton of units like most places so the beach wasn’t over crowded! Restaurants, grocery stores and anything you could possibly need were within walking distance!! Kristen was fabulous!! Can’t wait to get back to Orange Beach soon!!! You should go too!!!

Property was as advertised, clean n well stocked for the 2 of us. Beautiful view from balcony. Everything you need is just a cross the street. We visit once or twice a year to OB n this was another fantastic stay. We will return. Highly recommend.

I would rebook Breakers82. Locking door upon exit a problem. Because there are no instructions you assume the door Will automatically lock but it does.

Quick getaway

We brought my 83 yr old mom to see the beach. Our rental unit was perfect. Our 8th floor view was great and inside space was just right. Mom was able to use her walker with no trouble. The walk in shower was a huge plus. We loved that the elevator was quick. We will come again.

Fabulous getaway

This is an amazing place. We were there for 5 days and want to come back next year same approximate time for 2-3 weeks. Easy access to groceries and other needs. Many super restaurants. It would be good if there were an option for recycling, since we had lots of paper and plastics that should have been recyclable. Everything worked as it should! Abby and Alicesyn were a great help for questions. Thank you!

Breakers 82 review

The condo was nice and met our expectations, however the building complex is older and seemed to be poorly maintained. The swimming pool circulation pump was never running during our visit so bugs and debris were floating on top of the water. The screen door to our condo would not shut and the outside of the building needed updating.

escape to the sea

Our stay was most enjoyable. I wrote a lengthy page in the Guest Book in the condo. Loved the personal touch and reading of other visitors experiences to OBA. We have only 2 ideas to share that would help. 1. THe sun glares on the main tv from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. and the stormy weather would feel better had there been Living room drapes or blinds to close. 2. The parking lot had lots of large pieces of broken glass from a automobile. The entrance and exit to the road is quite narrow, felt uneasy entry and exitting. Maybe would be safer to add etra lane in and out for ems evacuation. Loevd our stay and the option to add another nightwas so appreciated.
