Nice property and very helpful hosts

The condo/townhouse was very clean and decorated nicely. All the necessary kitchen items were available, the shower had good pressure, the bed was comfortable, the area was very accessible and felt safe and the parking pass provided for under cover parking. And the property managers were very helpufl. I would stay here again.

Regency Condo

The condo was very modern, well equipted and convenient to everything.....we loved the condo...our only complaint was our neighbor had numerous dogs that barked at all hours.

This is the first complaint we are receiving about this unit; we are sorry for your troubles and appreciate you letting us know about the problem as soon as you noticed. The Homeowner’s Association is already aware of the situation with the dogs; as there are no pets permitted in the entire complex, the HOA is working with the neighbor to resolve the issue in the most humane manner for the dogs and humans involved. Thank you for your kindness during your stay; we are glad you enjoyed your time.

Our Refuge After Hurricane Ian

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months while our Fort Myers home was under construction; we were flooded during Hurricane Ian. The location is perfect! The condo was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is the perfect size for 2 people. There is a sofa sleeper in the 2nd bedroom, but the condo would be a bit cramped with 3 or 4 people. We would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area! Pros: Great location Very clean Nice kitchen Cons: Bad lighting No ceiling fans No TV in the main bedroom

Thank you for your kind feedback. Just to clarify, this condo features one bedroom only and is advertised as such; it only sleeps up to two people; there is no ceiling fan nor is there a TV in the bedroom - a fact that is obvious in the photos and we do not advertise those items for the Regency Condo.
