Relax in a private, resort-like setting that includes a pool, hot tub, beautiful gardens and a majestic redwood tree. Located in the Dominican neighborhood of San Rafael, with some of Marin County’s finest weather. Twenty minutes to San Francisco and an easy drive to the Napa/Sonoma wine country. Walk or bike to China Camp State Park and downtown San Rafael.
The space
Classic mid-century modern home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, a contemporary chef's kitchen, comfortably appointed dining and living areas and a serene indoor/outdoor setting. The backyard is an oasis. Great for entertaining.

What a great house!

We had a fantastic week in this house. It's comfortable and beautiful and really well equipped. The neighborhood and location are great.

Beautiful home

We were in the area for a wedding. This home was quite spacious, very comfortable. The pool/backyard also lovely. Good location as well.

We love this house!

It was our second time staying in this house. We love the space, it is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The neighborhood is beautiful. And Frank is very responsive if there are any questions or issues.

Beautiful house, with a nice Japanese design.Nice kitchen, well equipped and great for our thanksgiving celebrations. We arrived in a place freezing and the nest thermostat wasn't working. It was too late for the manager to come over on our arrival so we had to leave the gas fireplace run through the night to make it work. He came on Thanksgiving day, to try to check what was the problem and must have been able to fix it as it started to work after a that. The pool is stated as heated but it was cold as ice. The jacuzzi was well heated though. So we used the pool as a cold plunge. Overall we recommend this location, but if the heated pool is inportant for your party then don't go during winter time. We were told that it's heated with a solar system so when it's not sunny the water doesn't heat. Though at this time of the year even with sun, I doubt the water would become warm. May be just less cold.

Poolside villa

Very spacious and light filled home. Has 4 bathrooms but only 2 showers. Kitchen well equipped but could use a much better bottle opener plus a foil cutter for wine bottles. Most rooms face the garden and pool which gives a private and peaceful feel.

Perfect for Family Wedding

Frank was a perfect communicator and provided us with everything we needed. Our family traveled from the East Coast for a West Coast wedding - ages 18 to 80. The home accommodated all of us providing closeness and space at the same time! The neighborhood is inviting and we enjoyed morning walks around Dominican University. Grocery stores are close so we prepared family meals and enjoyed grilling in the beautiful back yard. We took the Larkspur ferry to San Francisco, which was super convenient and fun! The proximity to Tiburon where my nephew got married was also perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your home.
