The hostwas extremely inattentive and the property was poorly maintained.There were NO washcloths nor hand towels provided. the toilet paper holders were non functional and the pool cues had no tip on them. The host, Name your Stay, responded to my email of 12/8 promptly and took my complaint about the washcloths but that was the last of all communication despite repeated calls.There was laundry in the dryer that hadn't been folded. and the directions to the unit, part of a duplex, were unclear resulting in my ringing the other unit's doorbell.The door chime went off every 10 minutes or so until I disconected it. I reconnected it before leaving.
