Magnificent Waterfront Property!

Karen, Thanks for the kind words about the house! Glad you enjoyed the master bedroom and bath! We’ve added a note to our listing so that potential guests will know that all bedrooms are “upstairs”. Sorry about the Wi Fi. As I mentioned when we spoke, a big thunderstorm had just come through town before your arrival and apparently knocked out the Wi Fi. You texted and we spoke around 5:40 pm, shortly after your arrival notifying me that the Wi Fi was out. I then spoke to your son and walked him through the routine reset maneuvers for the Wi Fi system, but we had no luck. So, at that point I reached out to the Cable provider and as you can imagine the first service appointment was 3 days out! But I was able to get the service call escalated with an appointment the next morning and the Wi Fi was repaired and up to full speed by 10:45am! I felt like I had actually pulled a rabbit out of the hat for you getting them there that early the next day. The patio furniture that you loved actually arrived just two weeks before your stay and the new pool furniture arrived one week “after” your stay. (Please see the new photo on our listing.) Sorry that it came a week too late for you to enjoy. We are still adding furnishings to the home. We are new at VRBO with you being just our 3rd guest and had not given any thought to the single inside security camera that covers the rear doors. Thanks for pointing that out to us. We have now purchased a cover that will be placed over the camera during guest stays in order to completely eliminate that concern for anyone going forward. Again, we appreciate all of your feedback!
