Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs! This stylish 2-bedroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, just minutes from the beach and the Entertainment District with numerous bars, shops, and restaurants.

Enjoy an open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen with island seating, perfect for preparing meals when not dining at Ocean Springs hotspots.

The living room provides comfortable seating around a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed for guests.

The full bathroom includes a convenient shower/tub combo, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Step outside to access the shared pool (November 10 though February 28th for the Winter), and BBQ grills, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening cookout. There is access to the condo’s coin-operated laundry facility on the property for guest use. Hang out on our balcony, which is ideal for watching Mardi Gras parades or the classic cars during Cruisin the Coast.

The Porter #6 now includes free use of a four-seat golf cart! Perfect for going to the beach and exploring the downtown area.

Located just minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, this condo places you right in the heart of Ocean Springs, known for its charming coastal vibes, artsy downtown, and vibrant culinary scene. ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the condo. There are no inside cameras.***

Excellent location. Excellent communication with the host. He messaged as soon as we got there to let us know he was available anytime if we needed anything. That is very nice especially since we were new to the area. The chairs on the balcony were a relaxing bonus. The golf cart was perfect for us to get to all the downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. We are already looking for dates to return.

Stylish, clean, and close to historic downtown. Beautiful surroundings. Neighborhood set with well kept vintage homes and live oak and Spanish moss. Lots of shops, restaurants, and water activities within a walk. Great place to explore. All the casinos are a five minute drive if that’s your thing but out of site from Porter #6 at the same time. Ferry to Ship Island takes you to a beautiful white sand, clear water beach. Had never been to Ocean Springs, but will no doubt be going back.

Perfect Location!

We loved staying at the Porter Condos, our condo was very cozy and felt like home! Walking distance to beach and downtown ocean springs! Being in a quiet neighborhood is a huge plus when you have a 1 year old who naps during the day. Will definitely stay again!

Great property

Property was great. Great location, very nice and clean. We enjoyed the walks downtown, wasn’t to far. It was a nice quiet place at night. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family spring break

Listing was everything we had hoped for - accurate to the listing, clean and well maintained, beautifully updated, good amenities. The location is near everything but still quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property was well stocked with linens and the full kitchen was great as it allowed us to cook and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful, Comfirtabke, Quiet

My sister and I were in Ocean Springs to bury our brother at the Biloxi National Cemetery. We love the quaintness of the town and the close proximity to Biloxi. Irvin's condo was perfect for us in that it has 2 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and bedding, a lovely living room with enough seating for 4 or 5 other friends after the service, and a perfect little kitchen with a Keurig coffee pot. The bathroom is small and not for people who need handicap-accessibility features and is not sound proof, so remember to always turn in the vent fan , but it was clean! Check-in is a breeze, Irvin and Chris respond quickly to inquiries, and the property is quiet and in a great location. The living room has a nice television, comfortable furniture (white, so not as suitable for young kids), and nice table books. There is a throw in the console cabinet and board games. Very homey. My sister and I did not use the pool because there were a lot of other condo owners using it, and we did not use the golf cart because we were unaware of a waiver form and rental fee. I requested the form but never received it by email, which was ok since we had so much going on with the funeral. My suggestion is to make sure potential renters are aware there is an extra fee for the cart and receive the form ahead of time. I slept so well every night and appreciated staying in such a perfectly cleaned unit. Thank you again, Irvin. I highly recommend this property.

It is managed by Chris, who has been managing vacation rentals in Ocean Springs for more than a decade.
