A light, contemporary bungalow set in a quiet area backing onto pine forest. The bungalow is located on the divide between the two charming villages of Valbonne & Biot on a gated private domaine of four properties. Guests have shared use of the overflow swimming pool (not heated) as well as their own garden and private parking.
There are many amenities nearby (1km) such as a supermarket, pharmacy, boulangerie (bakery), florist, beautician and restaurant, all within easy access on foot in 10 mins.
Idyllic walks and picnics by the local river Brague are only a 5 minute drive away and the beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Nice are approximately 30 minutes drive.
