- Downtown Warwick (10 min walk)
- All Orchards & Breweries, including Ochs, Penning’s, Masker’s and Drowned Lands (10 min drive)
- LEGOLAND (12 min drive)
- Multiple golf courses and Appalachian hiking trials (10 min drive)
- Mt. Peter Skiing and Snow tubing (10 min drive)

Hi! We are a family of 5, with 3 young children, and are experienced travelers - including VRBO (guests and hosts). Alina is a Nurse Practitioner and Aaron works in Healthcare Business Development. We live in Manhattan, but purchased Aaron’s childhood home and renovated it in Warwick, NY. We like to split time but are happy to welcome guests in Warwick when we’re not there : )
