THE SPACE
With 4 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3.5 baths, there is room for up to 10 people.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area all flow together in an open floor plan, making it easy for everyone to gather together or do multiple activities at once. There is a king-sized bed in the downstairs master with an attached bath. Don't miss the private patio, the perfect outdoor lounge space with a gas fire pit. We are a low-tox & synthetic-fragrance free home (more details below).

Upstairs you'll find great spaces for both adults and children. There is a room with one queen bed and one twin bed. Another bedroom has a triple bunk bed with a private balcony above Twinkle Lane. Finally, the 3rd upstairs bedroom is another master suite with large private balcony and private bath.

You're only a short walk to the community pool as well as Bocce Ball Park, Mama Tiggs, the Food Trucks, & Swim Beach. Step outside at night to enjoy the magic of Twinkle Lane. Upon booking with The Lodge on Twinkle Lane, you'll receive a Guidebook providing all you need to know regarding activities, attractions, local restaurants and more.

Walk into our home & take a deep breathe! The Lodge is a low-tox & synthetic-fragrance free home. It is cleaned with a plant based cleaner. We provide fragrance-free laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and no candles/plug-ins ever. We provide a diffuser in every room & healthy cooking oils in the pantry. Our towels are washed with vinegar to help boost softness and whiteness without bleach.

PARKING

You will have access to the entire house and 1 designated parking space. There is also public curbside parking directly in front of the house.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10):

- Master Bedroom (Downstairs): King Bed (Sleep Number mattress), Private Bathroom

- Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King Bed (Sleep Number mattress), Private Bathroom and Private Balcony

- Guest Bedroom: 1 Triple Bunk with balcony

- Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed (Sleep Number mattress) and one single twin.

If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please contact Lakeside Motorsports.
Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. We now offer 2 complimentary kayaks for guests to enjoy during their stay.

NOTE: The "property fee" of $16/night is actually property damage protection up to $1500. In lieu of a $500 deposit that you are charged if any property is damaged or lost, we choose to go this route. We want guests to care for The Lodge as they would their own (if not better), but we don't want you to walk on egg shells, afraid of breaking something and worrying about the cost to fix/replace it. Or worse, not notifying us of the damage or loss for fear of the cost... which makes it difficult for us to replace said items for the next guest. We want you to care for the home, but let us know if something goes wrong so we can replace asap. Thank you in advance!
