Large 3bd/2ba condo in a prime location to easily access all the fun things in area! Room was spacious and well furnished. Pool area was great too but will have to walk to separate building for access.

yes, the indoor pool is in its own building by the outdoor pool and the playground and walking trails. That's the best way to do it I think, so that the humidity of the heated pool isn't in your condo. :-) Blessings and come back soon!

Condo was in the 6th floor, but they have an elevator. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee. Very close to all the activities we were doing. Hatfield & McCoy, Titanic Museum & The Comedy barn. It was nice to have a place to make a dinner to save money and regroup. It would have been nice if there were some cards or a few board games but we brought our own.

The unit needs a real good cleaning, walking on the the floors with socks on the bottoms would turn black.The host Mickey responded very quickly.The kitchen was well equipped, could stand a little better cleaning.Family friendly, lots of sleeping accommodations.

So Sorry that the outdoor pool was not open yet during your stay. They only open it when it gets warm enough enough at night that it wouldn’t have the water so cold. Thankfully, the indoor pole is larger and warmer since it’s heated year around. Blessings for a great rest of your year!

Great communication! Large and clean condo with many extras including cooking supplies, box fan, extra blankets and towels. It was very quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect for my family. Close to the parkway, no rugged terrain and mountain view’s in the back.

The owner is wonderful! He was available almost immediately when I had questions. The condo is beautiful, has a wonderful view and reasonably priced. My only complaint is the cleaning crew needs to pay attention to several things. After walking barefoot a few steps our feet were dirty. It seems like they’re just rushing through with a vacuum but never mopping the floors. Also, bring your own dish rags (there were none), more toilet paper (we barely had enough), another roll of paper towels, some wash rags and a trash bag or 2.

Hi Sheila. Thanks for staying with us! I have talked to the housekeeper supervisor about making sure the floors are well mopped and not just vacuumed after each stay. And she has promised to put out double dish towels etc. She says they hang them on the stove handle, but I told her to make it more obvious so folks couldn't miss it. Condos typically supply started supplies of items to last long enough to get to the store if you don't bring any with you, So typically a few trash bags, and dishwasher pods and laundry pods, but not full sizes. I try to put more under the sink for backups when I visit but haven't gotten to visit lately. :-( Blessings for a great rest of your 2026!

Very clean and spacious! Beautiful views of the sunrise. The little extras were very appreciated as well such as salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc. We would definitely recommend!

We love The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and rented a condo in Mountain View last year. We love the location and the complex and decided to purchase both 2601 and 2301, both 3/2 corner units and furnish them to our tastes and expectations.
We hope you enjoy staying in either of them as much as we do.
