Coffee shop across the street and bakery 3 doors down. 3 blocks from the beach. 50 feet from Beach Blvd with immediate access to shopping, restaurants and markets/parades and festivals throughout the year. Gated porch with umbrella to sit outside and watch the entertainment/ listen to light music from area entertainments (City limits to 65 db). Landlord on site.

I may say we really enjoyed our time at Alice’s VRBO in Gulfport Florida so many things to like about it. We love the proximity to town. We could sit on the deck and listen to music every night if we chose to, we were just steps away from the Tuesday market, and we were just steps away from all the downtown shops / restaurants and only a few blocks from the bay..The unit contained everything you would need for the week or month or however, long you decide to stay…good cooking facilities, pots and pans, utensils, etc. were thereI always rate a unit on how good the water pressure is and whether this drains work properly and in this case they were perfect… The shower also was excellent and hotThe only thing missing was a washer and dryer, but there are a number of laundromats at a reasonable distance All in all, we would stay here againThank you, AliceWe also enjoyed meeting the family, including your sisters and your brother-in-law…plus all the puppies …they were delightful

Lovely spot

The photos don't do this apt justice. It is so cute and It had all the kitchen supplies to cook our meals. The location was great and Alice was a wonderful host.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay

Wonderful gem in laid back Gulfport. Just a few steps to fun activities - great weekly street markets, restaurants, nightly music, etc. Host Alice very helpful & responsive to questions. A footstool for the futon would add to the comfortable charm. Already booked return for next year!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment located within walking distance of all of Gulfport's best spots. It is perfect for two people, was very clean, nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. Our host was welcoming, friendly and available if we had questions. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Alice’s! Being on Gulfport Main Street made morning coffee runs (and lunch and dinner) a breeze. The patio is peaceful and always shaded. A great place to sit and read or just watch Main Street activities. Downtown Gulfport is super active with music in almost every restaurant but once you’re in the house you don’t hear a thing. We hope to stay here again!

Unfortunately Trip was cut short due to Hurricane Milton...

Everything was great until a 2nd Hurricane caused a Mandatory Evacuation! The Host is wonderful! I would stay again...

Lovely location

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s! The waterfront district of Gulfport is a lovely and inclusive neighborhood. It felt very safe. Alice was a great host and lives on the property so it’s very convenient if you need anything. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect Location In Hip City of Gulfport

Very cute and well appointed one bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed, large stall shower, nice large refrigerator, serene outdoor seating area. The location was perfect with a terrific coffee shop and several restaurants very close by and easy to walk to, but very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend Alice's slice of heaven in Gulfport.

One month in Gulfport

I very much enjoyed my one-month stay with Alice in Gulfport! The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. Alice was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Clean and cozy

The property was clean, and had everything we required. We were there to visit family, so location of tourist sites was less important. However, it was very convenient to beach and shopping. Very quiet at night. No issues with visit.

Best 3 months we’ve ever had!!

Alice is one in a million!! We did so much stuff with Alice, she told us all the amazing things to do and we did them. Booking again for the winter. 5 stars all the way.

January in Gulfport

Gulfport was perfect to escape January's cold weather in New England. The unit is recently renovated and a great size for two people. I worked remotely at a good quality desk. After work I walked to the beach to watch the sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had an air fryer. The queen bed was comfortable and the unit has two mini splits for air conditioning. The location has 10 + restaurants (most with nightly live music) and the beach within a 8 minute walk. I can't wait to return but next time I won't bring my car as I really didn't need it as so much is in walking distance.

Good little place for the price

Overall, a good stay, although she gave us the wrong code for check-in, which was her own place, and it was late at night, and we were shocked when we walked in to their place. That being said, this is a great little area just blocks from the beach, and you can hear the live music every day from the porch and having relaxation or reading time. I think she needs a welcome sheet with instructions for the TV etc, there are no screens on some of the windows which we did not like because we just mainly use windows open for ventilation, and we did not get Internet half of the time. Otherwise, I feel this is appropriate for two adults and maybe one small child, and we could cook and have a decent shower, which is what we needed. It is nice to have affordable places to stay if you’re willing to be simple, and we appreciate her price point!

Quaint Apartment

We met our host upon check in and she was very nice. Really nice location in Gulfport and you can walk everywhere. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach is just 3 blocks down the street. The apartment was well stocked but we didn’t do much cooking. The apartment could use a couple of things to make it just a tiny bit more comfortable…a throw or two to cover up with while watching TV and a footstool. There was also a very shady deck on the front that we enjoyed sitting out on. Only one negative to our stay and that was there is no designated parking area. You must park on the streets and being a tourist town parking is hard to come by on really busy nights like Friday and Saturday. Overall it was very pleasant.

Perfect Location!

Our stay was great! Perfect Location, in small artistic and quaint town with so much to do. People are great, beach walking distance. Closes to highway with easy access north or south along the Gulf coast. Alice, our host was so helpful and gave us privacy to enjoy our time together. Loved sitting on the front porch. Enjoyed our visit so much we extended our stay! Definitely a thumbs up!
