What a great place

I loved this little place. There are a lot of windows and space. It's in a very convenient nice area. Tons of very thoughtful amenities. I hope to make it back there for a longer stay.

You’ll love this property!

This house is charming and clean- just as advertised! Location- close to town, the library, the beach- couldn’t be better. And having use of a washer/dryer was definitely a plus. Owner was very prompt answering our questions. We would stay again if in the area!

Mid-century gem!

I loved the mid-century style of this home and the coordinating furniture as well. The home was spacious, the furniture was comfortable, great cooking utensils and appliances. The beds were comfortable as well, and it was a great place to come back to and relax after walking around the very enjoyable resort town of Gulfport!

Ideal Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and centrally located. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Walking distance to the park and the beach. Close to the eclectic downtown area with its art filled stores and engaging crowd. Gulfport is a great town and would recommend the locatioon as well as the home for a relaxing vacation.

A little gem with a King size bed!

We loved this mid-century architectural find in wonderful, funky Gulfport. Huge private yard, functional kitchen, rare King bed (for this neighborhood), comfy family room and dining room. The house is an older one and has a few quirks, but property manager Robin is super responsive and made our stay easy. If you’re a serious cook, you might need to survey the kitchen and ask for items you need, they seem to have backups of everything. Location is terrific, easy walking to good coffee shops, restaurants, night life, and a close drive to beaches or to downtown St. Petersburg and services.

Gulfport is Great!

My dog Mitzi and I feel like we are home staying at this charming house. Gulfport is a cute little town. We have walked all over early in the mornings, to the Farmer's Market on Tuesdays. You are never to far of a drive from anywhere. Lisa and Mike are wonderful.

Just as Avertised

Lisa's property is just as described. It was the perfect place for us for the week. Communication was great with Lisa as well as her property coordinator Mike. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Location

Gulf Port is a cute town and the location of this home is perfect! It is close enough to walk to all the restaurants and bars but not in the middle of the their high traffic and loud noise. This was my second stay there and I will stay there again.

Gulfport is Great!

My dog Mitzi and I have really have enjoyed staying at this charming house. Gulfport is a cute little town. We have walked all over early in the mornings and in the evenings. You are never to far of a drive from anywhere. Lisa and her crew are wonderful.

Wonderful accommodations!

I have to be honest and say we were a bit alarmed when we pulled up to the property. The outside needs some TLC. Pictures can be deceiving, so we were nervous until we entered the kitchen. The home was exactly as described. Clean and spacious. We were a bit confused with finding the washer and dryer, and it was little weird to share this with the other renters. It would have been nice to know this up front. I might have packed differently. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and the pricing was spot on!

Light and Spacious home

I'm visiting a sick family member in St. Petersburg for a week every 60-70 days. My day's are busy with Dr. appts and errands, so it's not a vacation. But staying a Lisa's was like coming back to a comfy and relaxing home (not a cubbyhole). The A/C was GREAT, lot's of ceiling fan's, nice kitchen and real comfortable furniture (not futon's) while relaxing watching Netflix on the big flat screen TV. Easy safe parking right at the front entrance door. Being able to walk to restaurants and parks was also an added bonus of Lisa's home.

great comfy, clean and quiet place!

We loved the place; SUPER clean, comfortable beds, very quiet, all amenities that you would need for a stay. We chose to stay there because it was half way between the beaches and st. petersburg pier area, so we could quickly get to both places by car. It worked out GREAT. We stay with our 4 y.o. daughter and there was a lot of room for her to play. We would definitely stay again and I totally recommend it.

Spent 10 days here. Spacious and very clean one-bedroom house in residential neighborhood. Only 15 min walk to downtown and beach. Would stay here again.

Spacious Get Away

We stayed for a week over the Christmas holiday. The house is very spacious. The check-in process was easy and Lisa was very conscientious about making sure we were comfortably settled. The house is centrally located in Gulfport, within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes.

The owner and her staff in Gulfport are very responsive and truly concerned with customer satisfaction. It is located just the right distance from the main drag in a quiet neighborhood. For the price it's great.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed for a few nights while moving and things were hectic so we were unable to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked to. Great location and very clean. The unit is very spacious and nicely decorated with character and charm.

So much charm all around!

From the moment we pulled up we were in love with the charm of this house and Gulfport. Walked several times a day to the waterfront to enjoy the shops, dining and the bars. I have never seen a town with so much friendliness. Perfect for families or a couples getaway. Very dog friendly. The house was a great place to sit and enjoy the blue skies out of the sun room. We slept like babies. Very clean and safe. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Really wonderful experience

Could not have been happier with my stay. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed with anything you might need. It's a small place, but perfect for one or two people. Location could not be better as you are directly across from the beach and just down the block from all the restaurants and shops. Really cool little town, and great for walking your dog around. Property owners were super easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend staying here.
