Luxury mountain home packed with amenities in the perfect location. 4,500 Sq Ft home with awesome views and amazing craftsmanship and stone work throughout. Backing up to Northstar's ski resort with mountain biking and hiking (and skiing in the winter) from the backyard. Private sauna and hot tub, HGTV featured "most romantic" master bathroom, entertainment room, bathroom attached to each room, built-in bunk room, 3 king bedrooms, sleeps up to 14 guests, fully equipped kitchen, games, and more.
Large, 4,500sf ft 4br / 5.5 bath home. Sleeps up to 14, making our home a perfect destination for large and multi family groups, corporate retreats, and more.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
* No pets allowed at any time
* 14 guests max
* 6 cars max - No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing
* Ski-in to the back yard, and walk down a few houses to ski-out to gondola and Northstar Village. There is also a free shuttle to the village.
* We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero-tolerance policy for abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If looking to squeeze 25 people into a house and / or party hard, this is not the home. This is a tasteful and expensively appointed home - please treat it as your own! This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
* Surveillance: driveway haves surveillance systems. No cameras inside of the home. NoiseAware sensor may exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
