Welcome to Top Shelf!

This newly renovated, luxury, penthouse will make your family feel like they have escaped to "somewhere else." Top Shelf is within walking distance from exquisite waterfront dining, Eddie's on Lake Norman and Havana 33, which both offer excellent food and refreshing cocktails. If you are looking for some time to unwind, you can choose to relax at the spa on the first level.

This penthouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large fully stocked kitchen, and two living spaces. Start your mornings with a coffee on the covered patio, then venture upstairs to spend some time on your roof top sun deck.

The condo complex features a beautiful tree-lined common area with a grill available for outdoor cooking and a pool which is available for our guests during the summer months. Please note these features are managed by the complex management company.

** Please Note: Community pool is only available during pool season **
** This penthouse does NOT have a boat slip

Lovely, relaxing stay

We loved our stay at Top Shelf. The location was perfect! Very quiet and clean. Southern Charm was very accessible to communicate should anything have come up. We would definitely come stay again!

Pretty view

Pretty view and close to many destinations. Well kept condo with very pretty view of the lake. You’re right between a major road and the interstate so it is a little loud out on the deck or on the lakeside of the property. Convenient location to Davidson, the lake, Mooresville, and many restaurants. The condo also had all the pots and pans we needed for cooking dinner in one night.

Great place!

Beautifully furnished and maintained. Everything you’d need is there, except no dish towels but paper towels served the purpose. Great location. Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a few Christmas decorations since we were there the week of Christmas but we were at family Christmas Eve and day . Totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again
