Our villa overlooks a golf course in a quiet residential area, away from the main tourist destinations (33 miles North of Tampa and 66 miles West of Orlando) - it is the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday whilst still within easy driving distance of the main attractions. There is a large (28' x 14') heated swimming pool, a spacious lanai for outdoor living and an excellent beach just a 15 minute drive away. For more information search for f-villa "american dream"

Great Stay

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were so many books and videos. The beds and showers were great. The pool was wonderful as well as the grill. We would go back again!

Great hosts/Great proprerty

Ed and Liz were the epitome of what VRBO hosts should be. They reached out immediately upon booking, provided a wealth of very detailed info about the property, and checked in upon our arrival to make sure all was well. The property was immaculately clean and better stocked than any VRBO that we have stayed in. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and throughly enjoyed by our grandsons who visited during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to groceries and attractions. A highlight of our trip was a trip to Three Sisters Springs where, after a cold snap, we were able to see hundreds of manatees enjoying the warmer water of the Springs. Thanks, Ed and Liz for a great stay.

Great property

The property is exactly as depicted. It is very well equipped and in a great location. We’ve rented several properties in different parts of the country. This has been the best.

Another wonderful stay in a first rate villa.

We have stayed here several times before and will be returning again in October 18. The villa is perfect, very well equipped and is always pristine upon arrival. It is near all types of shopping and places to eat. The beach at Pine Island is only a short drive away and is a great place to enjoy the sun and sand, and there is also the pool which is a nice size and heated. It is located about an hours drive from Orlando and Tampa. Already booking for 2019.

Snowbird retreat

Our experience was better than expected. We have been renting in this area for the last 5years and without a doubt, this was the cleanest and best equipped villa we have experienced. Everything advertised was there and more. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. The owners have taken special care to make this house a home. We look forward to a return rental in the future.

Holiday home-from-home

How do you begin to describe a holiday home that lives up to all the descriptive literature and all of your expectations, and then goes on to prove that the facilities are far and away above and beyond the call? What is there to say about a hostess who anticipates all your requirements long before you get there and provides extensive written explanations and answers to all you need to know? This is a holiday home to suit any taste, Apart from the kitchen, which is equipped for producing anything from sandwiches to banquets, and of course the magnificent swimming pool, we hardly had time to sample all the other facilities on offer. Our days were filled to capacity with visits to wildlife parks, zoos, superb beaches etc, etc but the thought of coming home to quiet and comfort at the end of the day was always very welcome. I doubt we shall ever find a holiday home to equal this one. If by chance you do, please let us know. Paulette and Gerry, UK

A Real American Dream

I cannot speak highly enough of this immaculately clean, extremely well equipped home. The pool area is perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun, with family and friends. We fell in love with the place and did not want to leave, in fact it has inspired us to buy in the same area. Spring Hill is not a tourist trap, and that's what makes it so good. Restaurants, beaches, shops and entertainment without the hassle. The house is in a peaceful residential area, everyone is very friendly and helpful. When out and about everyone we met were genuinely pleased to see us. The owners have left nothing out, with a comprehensive library of instructions for household features, recommended beaches, restaurants and attractions. We have already booked for next year, don't miss out!!!

You Won't Find Better!

After 20+ years of renting villas throughout Florida, we've found the best. This home has everything. Better equipped than more expensive homes, it has a wonderful pool and lanai, modern appliances and great entertainment systems. Sparkling clean, we could confidently recommend this to our fussiest friends. Can't wait to return.
