Enjoy a luxury experience at this centrally-located home in Oakland! Perfect for all of your Work from Home needs. This home is perfect for both short and extended stays, with it's terrific location that is central to all of the Bay Area!

-0.7 miles to West Oakland Bart
-7-10 min drive to Berkeley
-10 min drive to San Francisco
-40 min drive to Sausalito
-1 hour drive to Napa

A completely remodeled 1896 Victorian duplex in West Oakland. It is a beautiful historic building made out of Redwood. Located in the quiet Prescott neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Walking distance to coffee shops, brunch spots, and lots to do outdoors. On Sunday's please visit our neighborhood farmers market (only a 5 min walk away!) Happy to share more details on our favorite places nearby!
Sleeping arrangements:
1 King-Sized Bed w/ Nectar Mattress (sleeps 2)
1 Queen-Sized Sofa Bed (sleeps 1-2)
1 Queen-Sized Air Mattress, if needed (sleeps 1-2)
*our home is great for 2 people, but can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people max*
Work from home arrangements:
3 desks are provided (not including the dining table, which is also very comfortable to work on!)
- 1 desk in the foyer/entrance nook
- 2 desks in the office (one of them is a standing desk)
- A cozy reading seat with ottoman is provided in the office as well!
*2 sets of monitors, risers, keyboards/mice, and all cables are provided!*
Guests access is completely private! You may run into myself or family coming in or out of the main gate. I live in the bottom floor unit and the backyard use is private and unfortunately, not for guest use.
Please note, that this is the upstairs unit located up the stairscase on the 2nd floor with a completely private entrance. There are about 15 steps to get to the front door of the unit.
We have security cameras on the front of the house to monitor our home entry and driveway for your safety.
