Premium Quality Cottage "In-Town" Rehoboth, 3 Bedrooms each w/Full Bath!
A Fantastic Space! An in-town vacation destination with each of the 3 bedrooms having its own full bathroom and a 4th private "Murphy Room" with 2 additional twin beds. A very short walk to the Dogfish brewery/restaurant, Rise Up cafe, Egg, and all that Rehoboth Ave and the boardwalk have to offer.
Major upgrades include; a new common area 1/2 bath, refinished hardwood floors, a new Viking dual-fuel cooktop/oven, 100% of the entire cottage freshly painted, a new roof, an updated large front porch, full-size Speed Queen washer/dryer, all new quality mattresses, 5 smart TVs and more. Other standout features include a gourmet kitchen, individually climate-controlled rooms, high ceilings and a delightful 36' x 10' front porch.
The home includes 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 6 twin beds amongst the three bedrooms. The East-facing sunroom has been modified to include 2 additional twin beds that are Murphy Beds that fold down when necessary to accommodate more sleepers. In total, 10 mattresses, sleeps 12.
Bicycles pictured are available for guest use w/locks included.
Private parking for 2-3 vehicles off-street. Also included are Rehoboth Beach parking permits for on-street parking at the cottage and where permit parking is available throughout town plus a permit for in-town Dewey Beach street parking for easy access to the quiet beaches and the night life it is known for.
Linens (top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels) are provided and every bed includes blankets, pillows and mattress covers/pads.
No pets and no smoking.
Note: A vacation rental accidental damage insurance policy of $1,500 is required and available to purchase when booking for $59.

The "Bubble" was built in 1972 by my father, when Country Club Estates was mostly vacant lots with sand roads. Growing up in a large family, we spent our summers in Rehoboth Beach creating wonderful memories of the beach, boardwalk and it's coastal town attractions. My family still vacations here some 50 year later and the charm and fun has not grown tired, but thrives with so much more to do. Rehoboth is a rare beach town offering safety, convenience and best of the best beaches, restaurants, shopping and water sports.

The convenience of the location becomes obvious as you experience a stay at the Bubble, starting with your first morning. RiseUp Cafe is literally a 60 second walk around the corner to get your am specialty coffee or add another 30 seconds to dine at the Egg for breakfast.
During the day, there is shopping at the "Avenue" only 1 block away or access to two beautiful beaches - drive and park to either Deauville Beach (North of the Boardwalk) or go south to Dewey Beach where a parking permit provided is available on each of the ocean block side streets. We also enjoy the children's playground and fishing at Silver Lake which is only a 10-minute walk or very short drive where permit parking is available.
The evenings are limitless for both adults and children with every dining option available, festive bars and of course the Boardwalk experience that has made Rehoboth a top summer family vacation destination for decades.

The Bubble is a 70's era architecture, which has vaulted ceilings with a large family/kitchen area for gatherings, in addition to the large front screen porch that seats more than a dozen comfortably. The fact that all three bedrooms have their own full bathroom (tub/shower) helps set up for multi-family vacation sharing, accommodating lots of children. The rear sunroom is a sizable private area that can be a bedroom with two murphy beds or can be a play area for kids or teenagers.
Remodeled recently, with upgrades and features to make it an inviting destination, there's no place like the Bubble.
