This chic dining area has been designed to provide you with a dedicated dining area for sit-down meals, seat settings for 10, and open to kitchen and living room to easily share activities all the time.

PARKING - Plenty of street parking available in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You can also park on the driveway at the back of the home.
LAUNDRY - Our laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. There is also an iron, a steamer and ironing board in the 2nd bedroom.
GUEST ACCESS - Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. On the check in day morning, you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. NO PARTIES - Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 8+ GUESTS ★ - Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $25/night fee will be applied. So please put in the guest number in the system to be quoted with the accurate rent.
★ TOWELS NOTE ★ - Please note, we offer limited number of towels for your use. Feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
