This house is registered with the City of Plano and complies with Chapter 6, Article XXIV, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinance, Registration of Short-term Rental Properties. 8 guest maximum and no parties or events are allowed.
NO PETS
Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be fined $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

POOL HEATING
Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature, and we do not offer pool heating during those times. That’s when it’s hot tub season! You can enjoy and control the hot tub at no additional cost.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

PARTIES
Maximum of 8 people and absolutely no parties without prior consent. This has become a very touchy subject with the city of Plano.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. every night and end at 9 a.m. every morning. Please consider the neighbors and be nice.

PARKING
For your safety, please park your vehicles in the garage. There is a garage door opener on the counter just inside the garage that will open the security gate as well as both garage doors.

TRASH
Please bag all trash and place in the bins in the garage or the alley. Trash collection happens every Wednesday morning at 7am. If you happen to have a lot of trash, you can take it to the alley and place the trash bags in the brown bins. The green bin is recycle only. Please don’t place the trash cans that are in the garage in the alley. The city will not empty them.

CHECKOUT
Checkout is 10am. Please make sure you have all your stuff and logout of any streaming apps you may have logged in with on the TVs. And if you would start the dishwasher, that would be a huge help for us!
