Exceptional Getaway for Family & Friends

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun & create memories with loved ones. Or for those that just want to get away for the weekend to relax.

Beautiful views on this lakeshore with the combined 3,000 acre East & West Rush Lake. Two restaurants on the lake within a short driving distance from the home.

About an hour drive north of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

(Unfortunately the City/County does not allow events or small weddings on our residential property)
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (you will be asked to leave)
*STRICT CITY NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00PM - 8:00PM
*NO STREET PARKING - Max 5 - 6 Cars in Driveway
*The Lakehome is on a lake so expect bugs & nats during hot seasons.
*The Dock is removed between early October to mid-May.

Large back yard with adequate parking. Entertainment Room has pool table with several TV's facing the lake. Double-doors can expand into the 2-car attached garage for more entertainment space.

Bright open spaces with tall ceilings throughout with views of the lake.

Chef's Kitchen with gas cooktop, ovens, food warmer, pot-filler, 2 fridges & a kitchen island. Clean 2 full bathrooms upstairs & 2 half baths downstairs for guests. Full Laundry, in-floor heating, & Wi-Fi just to name a few.

Please note 2 of the bedrooms are located above the detached garage with no bathrooms.

*The Lakehome is on a lake so expect bugs & nats during hot seasons.
*The Dock is removed between early October to mid-May

Our group stayed at this lake house on Rush Lake. While the property has potential and the backyard setup was enjoyable, we unfortunately experienced several issues that made the stay less than ideal.Positives:The house is very spacious and offers plenty of room for everyone. The backyard area was the highlight — with a pool, fire pits, games, and a dock, it provided a lot of ways to relax and spend time together. The sound system throughout the house was also a nice touch, and the owner was responsive to messages during our stay.Negatives:The home needs much better cleaning and upkeep. We found mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, shower curtains that were rusty and unpleasant, vents and fans covered in dust, and a hot tub with dirty, stagnant water. Most concerning, there was an active mouse problem. Despite setting our own traps, we caught over a dozen mice in just a few days. Additionally, swimming off the dock was not possible due to heavy lily pads and weeds. After the stay, we raised these cleanliness and rodent concerns with the owner but felt the issues were not addressed.Overall:While the outdoor space and amenities were enjoyable, the lack of cleanliness and unresolved mouse problem made the experience disappointing. With proper attention to cleaning and maintenance, this property could be a great rental, but in its current state, we cannot recommend it.

Place was great, clean and everything that was described. The only issue was the wifi doesn't cover the entire property and there is no cell service there.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! They place is beautiful and had plenty of room for the guests! The owners were great at communication and check in was a piece of cake!

Great place for family time

The stay was very good! Lots of space at the home, only outdoor parking available, and no use of the garage.Everyone in our family had space to sleep, stiff (new) mattresses. We loved the pool and got lots of use of that during a hot June weekend. The kitchen was nice, well stocked, just could have used a few more hand towels and washcloths.Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Great location!

Great property on a great lake. Caught enough sunnies from the dock for multiple meals, which was the highlight of the trip! First time renting a lake house with a pool and wish this could be the new standard! Property manager was easy to work with for questions during our stay.

Great Property

Property was great. Well maintained spacious home. Family enjoyed the lake, boating, jet skiing fishing and bonus relaxing by the pool. Owners and managers were very accommodating and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette Weekend

This was a perfect house for our bachelorette weekend with 20 girls!! The house is huge and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house could use a little TLC on the outside with maintenance! The pool is also very small but worked well for our group.

Big Place for Gatherings

Overall very nice place that can host a variety of gatherings. Few areas weren’t the cleanest but the main areas such as the kitchen, bed, bathroom were so that was pleasant to see. Would recommend this.

Very disappointing

The house was not cleaned before our stay, we showed up and spent the next several hours running laundry, sweeping, and wiping everything down so we could even enjoy our time there. The hot tub shown in several of the listing pictures did not work, with zero mention of this beforehand. For such an expensive rental you would expect things to be taken care of, but consistent small issues like a toilet chain constantly falling off and broken screen doors all over the house. If you are looking to spend this much money, look elsewhere.
