Historic 1BR attached end-unit cottage (one shared wall — not a detached home) in Lanark Village. Built in the 1930s as former military housing. Large wooded, fully fenced yard. Located near the National Forest (approx. 350 ft), with abundant wildlife. Clean, comfortable, and quaint — not luxury accommodations. Walk to marina (boat access & fishing). 2 mi to St. James Bay Golf, 5 mi to shopping, 22 mi to Apalachicola. Modest historic community; homes vary in upkeep. Summer: hot, humid, bugs.

We are Jennifer and Richard Swenning, professional figure skaters and coaches. This property has been in our family since WWII. We have lived and worked all over the world, in the most pristine places, yet Lanark Village is our special place. We love the amazing nature, the beaches and the amazing wildlife. It is still untouched from commercial tourism, yet has so much to offer. Golf, fishing, shopping the local stores, we hope you will enjoy your time here and our little home as much as we do.
