Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private four-bedroom home features a traditional-style floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and living room with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, as well as private access onto the back patio.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 55” Smart TV, cozy fireplace, sunroom with seating, outdoor patio with picnic table, a fenced-in backyard, BBQ grill, laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

*Guests are kindly asked to use the refrigerator in the garage until the one in the kitchen is repaired.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Us and the Kiddos

The place was great ample room in the house ,the kids loved the outdoor room and ping pong table and corn hole boards we sat outdide Alot , The only complaints i have are the refrigerator went out on us and we lost over a 150.00 dollars in food and then we had to eat out and we went broke pretty much and the host hasnt offered us anything for our loss and one spot on the couch that one of the kids got cut pretty bad on ......But other than that we loved our stay and the house !

Unpredictable

Angry customer money not well spent biggest mistake ever made with lodging refrigerator didn’t keep food cold except on freezer side which didn’t freeze at all ice cream melted. Grill was left dirty by guest before us, blind in first upstairs room was broken, comforter was stained no extra bed linens in either of the four bedrooms, no blankets in home took forever to get WiFi working, out door patio has no handles to grip onto to lock door from inside so no one was able to go out as desired, patio curtain holder was coming out of wall at top so we didn’t use it for fear of curtains falling, 1 pot , pan, and a couple of small skillets available had to buy an entire cookware set to cook in. Very disappointed had to drive to Perdido for beach fun where were the beaches you advertised we drove over an hour to find one. The whole house needs to be remodeled for what I paid oh and no silverware I had to buy forks and spoons and toiletries just spent over 200.00 on things to make us more comfortable with our stay four days of misery your housekeeper needs to do a better job

We've already taken steps to rectify the issues with the grill, linens, and blankets. The refrigerator should be functioning as expected, with a backup available in the garage if needed. The patio door handle repair is scheduled, and we're double-checking the kitchen supplies to ensure everything is in order. The broken blind and stained comforter are on our list for immediate attention. We haven't received any complaints about the WiFi from other guests, but we'll look into the connection to ensure it's working properly. Regarding the beach access, our listing does mention that attractions and beaches are a short drive away, and travel times can vary due to traffic. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any issues. Nice house, but not very clean

The house was nice, although it did smell of stale cigarette smoke. We arrived at 4:00 as the instructions said, but the cleaning crew was still there. We were told we would receive a call when we could check in and we were not notified until 5:20 that the house was ready. The place did not have a just cleaned smell, and the kitchen floor was sticky. Almost every time I would pull something out to use in the kitchen, it was dirty and I had to wash it. The freezer door did not shut properly and when we arrived there was water dripping in the freezer. It happened again later in the stay. The coffee pot pour spout was broken, so the coffee spilled everywhere when it was poured. There was only one kitchen towel and it still had the tags on it so it had obviously not been washed. We couldn't find dish soap in the kitchen, but there was some upstairs under the bathroom sink. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the living area was comfortable and spacious as well. Overall, the house would have been nice if it had been cleaner and better stocked.
