Tucked away in a shady hammock of native trees, this four-bedroom retreat offers the perfect Emerald Coast escape. Bring your boat, RV, and Jet Skis! Minutes from the Naval Air Station, 5 minutes to Big Lagoon State Park, 10 mins to Johnson Beach, 20 mins to downtown Pensacola, 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach, and 15 minutes to Perdido Key Beaches. This home boasts prime convenience to services and fun things to do while offering peace, privacy and comfort away from the hustle-and-bustle and provides plenty of room to spread out and relax. Room for multiple vehicles, smaller RV, travel trailer and boat/Jet Ski trailer.

The bright, single-level interior features natural lighting with separate family and living rooms with sofa and chair seating, and a 50" flat screens smart TVs in each, a well-equipped, full kitchen, and dining area with seating for eight with additional folding chairs and tables for 6 more.

Outdoor amenities include a fully screened porch with seating and tables, shady seating with large table and 2 picnic tables under the trees out front with a propane grill. Let your kids and dogs roam around the fenced back yard. Fireplace not working.

Pam was excellent with early check in. The place was extremely nice. Me and my family had a great time hosting Thanksgiving there. The place was big enough for all of us to enjoy ourselves. Very pet friendly. Check in and check out was easy and convenient.

The house was an older Florida style house in a great location. It was a big house and was nice and clean. it was hard to find at first because of a narrow driveway. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars and would book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room and the property was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our evenings catching crabs across the street and even got to see the truly amazing Blue Angels fly right over the house! From check-in to any little odd questions we had our host made sure to make us feel comfortable and help in anyway possible. 10/10 recommend and plan on coming back!!

Everything was exactly as described. We stayed a few nights for a fishing trip. The only real complaint or ants on the counters indicative of food being left.

Nice house- needs some fixes and upgrades!

Nice older house but had some issues: back porch receptacle and light not working, ceiling fan light/ fixture hanging by wires, front porch gutter leaking onto porch and steps, back porch had no gutter, back porch door screens not attached, several broken chairs in kitchen, mattresses need replaced, light switches in inconvenient places, not enough power outlets, electrical cords used on floor in living room, AC unit not sufficient for house, window ac unit in kitchen table area was tacky but probably needed due to main ac system, fridge door hung to wrong side, wash room sliding door would not fully open, needed another half bath, dining area too small, however nice back yard with fence.

Nice, but

The property was nice. It was about what you would expect for the price. The biggest issue was in the description it lists "private beach access". The private beach belonged to an Association the property owner is a member of and required a member be present for guest to visit the beach. The Owner was willing to come down if we wanted to use the beach, but we felt this was obtrusive to us and her. Other than that, it was a nice rental.

A great home to stay in. Lots of space. Great backyard for dogs. Hosts are quite responsive. Beds very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Loved the area. Nice and quiet yet close to the best seafood restaurants/trucks. Slow traffic but who’s in a hurry on vacation. House was roomy.

Big thumbs up to stay here!

My sister and an old friend spent January thru February here. We had tons of space and everything we needed. Great fenced back yard for our dogs. Great space out front to relax. Location great for anything we wanted to do. Already booked for next year. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable for three nights with one couple and two family members. Sits well back from Gulf Beach Hwy, so no noticeable road noise. You will enjoy it.

Relaxing, Enjoyable Stay

The property was comfortable and the host was very accommodating. Our dogs loved the large backyard and we enjoyed sitting under the oaks out front. We will be back again!!

Comfortable for both small and large parties, great location and property. Plus you can bring your four legged best friend. I try to donate at least once a month to smaller animal rescue groups because of our love of dogs.

Private park setting with shade from trees while looking at partial view of the Gulf. Great location to beaches and other fun things to do like boat tours and the jet ski rental right across the street. Also there is a food trailer right across the street and many very good restaurants within 5 to 15 miles.
