Inside you will find 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a pool table and much more.
However the fantastic backyard is what makes this property so special:
- BKB COURT
- BEACH/SAND AREA
- HEATED POOL/JACUZZI
- FIRE PIT
- XL HAMMOCK
- TERRACE WITH DINING TABLE, PING PONG, OUTDOOR TV.

1. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and ONE TWIN SIZE BED with access to a full private bathroom with a bathtub.
2. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a private full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
*Two extra folding beds.
All bathrooms are stocked with the necessary toiletries for our guests, including towels.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO HELP US ENSURE GUESTS AND PROPERTY SAFETY AT ALL TIMES.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team.
THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.

The best part is that it is located just minutes away from Miami's most beautiful beaches, as well as being centrally located to go south and north to visit the nightlife/sightseeing/restaurants of our beautiful city.
Getting Around:
SUV RENTAL
If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!
For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

Convenience stores: 5-10 minute drive.
Bal Harbour Shops: 15 minute drive.
Miami Beach: 20 minute drive.
