The Space:

Pool views, comfortable seating, and space to reconnect make the open-concept living room a natural gathering spot. Settle into the large sectional for a movie on the 75-inch smart TV, then head to the adjoining game room for billiards, ping pong, or a round on the six-game arcade machine. A pull-out sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option.



🌴 Your One-Acre Retreat

Your own private Miami villa, with a backyard made for group getaways of all kinds. Spend sunny afternoons by the saltwater infinity pool, unwind in the hot tub, or stretch out on a lounger surrounded by tropical landscaping.



Challenge friends on the putting green or basketball hoop, fire up the gas grill, and gather around the fire pit as evening arrives. After dark, settle in for a movie at the outdoor theater next to the gym. The fenced grounds give your group space to enjoy time together, with pool toys and a large cooler for relaxed afternoons outdoors.



The pool is available year-round, with optional heating for an additional fee.

• Maximum occupancy: 18 guests.

• Pool heating: $300, requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

• Optional foldable beds: Up to two, available upon advance request.

• Pets: Welcome with advance notice and a $250 fee per stay.

• Please keep outdoor areas quiet after 10 p.m.

• Smoking indoors is prohibited.



Special-occasion getaways are welcome for registered guests within the approved occupancy limit. Parties or events involving unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Villa Vizcaya sits on a private one-acre lot in a quiet residential area of North Miami. The Design District, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami are a short drive south, and Bal Harbour, Haulover Beach, and Aventura Mall are close by.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking is available. If you don’t have a car, Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get around, and most nearby destinations are a short ride away.
